HELLO, I bought a ticket from Toronto to Barcelona, Spain. Booking number *******.*My trip plans changed the same day after the payment was made. Erroneously, I sent a refund application*and I received an email confirmation. *Now, I don't want to refund*cancel my ticket I just want to change my ticket to another destination. (Toronto to London, UK)**My question is... even if I sent the refund app and I received the email.. can I still access to manage my booking and change the ticket? **Also by doing so... they ask you to put again your credit card info... I am going to get charged twice?**Please need your help
