Kiwi.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. I was trying to find my booking and my e ticket ... hello. i have booked my flight for Edinburgh almost *,* month ago and although I have received my confirmation, i have not yet received my e-ticket. I tried to contact you multiple times with no luck. Your app says my credentials are wrong everytime i try to find my booking and it crashes in general. what should I do ? I need my e-ticket
I can't understand why no one is replying to my emails.
I would like for Kiwi to either send me my ticket as soon as possible or refund me the full amount so I can try and find elsewhere a ticket. If this does not get resolved soon I will have to report the site.
I am a new customer so I really had high hopes for Kiwi but unfortunately that's not the case
I tried e mailing a bunch of times. I can't call them because I am in Greece and it would cost a lot to call.
