I am trying to make passenger changes to all of my * passengers. When kiwi asked me for any known names I put my first and last name then underneath it asked for my surname, so when I got everyones tickets it ended up with their first name and last name twice. Example is my name is Valeen Last name is Piso. So my e ticket says valeen piso piso. I think they need to be more clear when asking uour name. It should state any first known names. Then it didnt give me a chance to preview it as a yicket before sending. So I called and I sent in all the documentations needed for the changes because a lady told me to do it theough manage my booking. She informed me that kiwi and the airport where going to charge me for the changes. A week went by and no changes were made. I sent in the docs and make the changes several more times in manage my bookings and still nothing. I finally emailed rhem, and told them how stressed out and disappointed I am with there service. I explained to them that it is technically their fault I messed it up in the first place because the asked me to list any known names that I go by in that box! I finally recieved a email saying I had to pay **.** for the changes through kiwi and once I do they will send new e tickets. Now this was like * or * days ago. It says its processing this whole time. I feel like if I paid for the new ticketa they should send them to me in a timely manner. I emailed them again explaining that and I never received a email back. Please help me. My vacation is approaching quickly and I am traveling with * children and I don't want to be held up any more then I have to. Kiwi has cased me nothing but problems and stress, not to mention over charging me for luggage and charging me for that name change that was clearly mis leading.
