Hello there,***I wrote you on the *th of JULY, the day before my flights was scheduled, saying I would have needed to have a refund for my Inbound flight (Turin-Brussels, Brussels-Oslo) as I needed to catch one few hours before: Booking n ****** mail *****@***.com, passenger MARHARYTA POHORLETSKA. I underlined I wanted to keep the return flights (Oslo-Frankfurt, Frankfurt-Turin). Unfortunately the passenger and I weren't aware that, not using the Inbound flights, she couldn't have access to the Outbound either. There fore, once at the desk, she had to pay a high fee to unlock her Outbound flights. Could you please help me with this issue? Nobody has been helpful till now and I have been waiting.

I would like to talk with someone on the phone. I would like to have the money back to pay back our artists who was just trying to do her job properly.
Because we fly our artists everyday everywhere. We respect agencies as we are.
