I called * days ago to add * carry on. The agent said they would email the price to me and I would have ** hrs to accept it. * days later, still no email. I fly out at midnight this Monday. What's up? I don't want to check a bag because I need wheelchair assistance as it is and one of my layovers is very short. I held for ** minutes to talk to someone on Monday. Why don't I have that email yet?
