This is my *nd attempt to contact KitchenAid regarding our issue. Thank you in advance for your consideration. On September *, **** a KitchenAid Top Control Dishwasher in Stainless Steel with Dynamic Wash Arms, **dBA, SKU ****-***-*** was installed in our newly remodeled kitchen. Although it was more expensive than we usually would pay, we chose it because it matched the newly purchased four KitchenAid appliances (stove top, microwave, oven and refrigerator) and was highly recommended by the Home Depot Design Center. A few months after it was installed the electronic panel controls would sporadically not turn on but after I pushed the buttons multiple times it would start. Three months ago it completely stopped working. We are so disappointed since KitchenAid has such a strong reputation for high quality products. My husband and I remodeled and updated our ****'s kitchen on a budget since we both work for non profit organizations teaching and serving children and families and have continued to do so nonstop following safety protocols in California since March ****. We did most of the demo work ourselves to cut costs. When we contacted the Home Depot Design Center who installed our cabinetry, countertops and the appliances, we were told to contact KitchenAid directly. We would really appreciate your help with this dilemma. Since we are asked to include how we would "want the issue fixed", our preference would be the replacement of the dishwasher since it had issues several months after the install that eventually led to it malfunctioning completely. It also matches the other KitchenAid stainless steel appliances including its pull handle. Thank you so very much for any help you can offer us. Respectfully, William and Rebecca Smith
