I would greatly appreciate some help. We purchased an entire kitchen suite of KitchenAid products * years ago from Sears. We do not know where to turn regarding our *-year-old refrigerator, as Sears is no longer in business and the extended service plan is virtually impossible to deal with. The refrigerator has been repaired * different times * times this year alone the fourth scheduled for today. They have replaced thus far circulation fan, fan motors, refrigeration coils, dryer tubes, and today are scheduled to replace the compressor after a two-month wait. We have lost food twice now and the fridge has not made Ice properly since we purchased it. We purchased the more expensive KitchenAid products as is was recommended as one of the most reliable and we loved the look. It seems that we received a lemon in regards to the refrigerator, I understand things happen however this seems out of the ordinary our last whirlpool refrigerator lasted ** years this one has not functioned for even * years......Thank you for your assistance.*Model Number KRFC***FBS** SN K********
