I personally think that the stovetop needs to be recalled from all the people that have been having issues with this code F** (induction stovetop).

I was trying to et Kitchenaide to make it right. Every time a replacement part is sent out, we have had to pay for a repair person to come put the part on. The part has not worked twice. I have called and talked to several people and it seems like no one is able to help me with this issue. ... I purchased a KICU***XSS in June ****. I had received the F** code in the past, but after cutting the power off*on the stovetop became operational. The first of March ****, I got a F** code again, and called Kitchenaid who told me that our warranty expired in June and I should call Newleaf, which I did. Newleaf told me that Kitchenaid had the extended warranty on the replacement part. A repair technician came to our house * times to attempt repair. The technician replaced the same part (harness x* and the power control part * times). It's been almost * months, and because I had a extended warranty, Kitchenaid says that they can only send out warranty parts. I personally think that the stovetop needs to be recalled from all the people that have been having issues with this code F** (induction stovetop). I have been without a stovetop for going on * months now and am truly bothered that Kitchenaid is not standing behind their product. I have seen comments that elude to the booster function on the largest burner causing an overload, thus causing the error code F**.
