GetHuman3850568's Technical Support issue with KitchenAid from October 2019
Help with my KitchenAid issue
The issue in GetHuman3850568's own words
Pull out upper oven rack ... Purchased a Kitchen Aid electric induction double oven range. KFID ***ESS**When we put the rack in the lower position in the upper oven, there are two metal box-like parts attached to the under side of the rack that do not allow the rack to extend fully. (They run into the upper oven door.) Do I have the rack in wrong, or do these two things have a purpose? They hit the enamel on the upper oven door and I am afraid that the enamel will be chipped...
Rack is not extending
Tell me what these two metal things attached to the under-side of the rack are for.
I have an issue with KitchenAid too
How GetHuman3850568 fixed the problem
Visited the seller and found out that the rack that holds the "steamer tray" was put into the upper oven by mistake. The tray brackets were hitting the upper oven door.
