I bought a KitchenAid *-quart series lift top mixer online and it arrived not working properly. I called customer service and they sweetly and immediately sent me out a new one. It arrived yesterday and is working beautifully. I was told by the customer service rep to put the old one in the new box and I thought that I would also receive a return shipping label but did not.
