We purchased a kitchen aid dishwasher from Home Depot and had it delivered. The first delivery arrived severely damaged. After waiting and waiting over a week for phone call telling us when redelivery would be, we went back to Home Depot to find out when we were going to get delivery. The answer was October *rd. We originally purchased this on September *th on order H****-***** dishwasher model KDFE***HBL. Home Depot suggested we contact Kitchen Aide customer service because they are saying dishwasher was never reordered until we said something and they are blaming your company. We love your product but it shouldn’t take a month to get a dishwasher. This was a real inconvenience for sometime. We are requesting some form of compensation.
