Hello,*I purchased all of my kitchen appliances for a new house thru your local distributor "Custom Distributors" in Fairfield Ohio. I contacted them first to explain my situation but they were no help. So I would like to express my concern directly to KitchenAid.**My purchase of * KitchenAid appliances occurred in early ****. The units were installed in spring of ****. I purchased the following items.*Refrigerator - KFIV**PCMS***Dishwasher - KDTE***DSSO*Bev. Fridge - KURO**RSBX***Double Oven - KEBS***BSS****Within the first * months of operation and under warranty my Refrigerator Fan needed replaced and my Bev. Fridge thermostat failed and needed replaced.**Currently my Refrigerator Ice Maker has stopped working and my Dishwasher control panel no longer works. Both units need repaired.**My concern*complaint is that in * year or slightly less than * years of service * out of * of my KitchenAid appliances have failed. I am concerned with the level of quality of KitchenAid appliances I have purchased. My hope is due to this high level of failure, KitchenAid would be willing to help out a loyal customer such as myself to help alleviate repair costs associated with the large amount of repairs required on what I consider still fairly new appliances. **My Refrigerator is out of warranty on the icemaker and my dishwasher seems to still be in warranty for part replacement (year *-* electronic parts under warranty) but not labor. **I would think this level of failures would be a concern for KitchenAid. We really like the features of our KitchenAid appliances and truly enjoy them when working correctly. I also realize you cant control what has happened but how you respond after the sale to a situation like this says a lot about your company. My hope is you can help resolve this situation and keep me as a happy KitchenAid customer long term. **I really need to begin the process of calling a local KitchenAid repair company but would like to wait for your response as to how to move forward, so a quick response would be greatly appreciated.**Thank You,**Scott Bene**** Arabian Run Dr*Clarksville, Ohio *****
