Kiplinger Magazine Customer Service Issues

After signing up for a 3-year subscription with Money Magazine, I was informed that the print edition was being discontinued. I contacted them on June 14, [redacted], to request a refund of $36.03 as promised. However, as of July 9, [redacted], I had not received the refund. Upon contacting Money Magazine again, I was informed that the refund was not in process, and instead, I would receive Kiplinger Magazine. I attempted to reach out to their customer service through various phone numbers provided, but was unable to connect due to constant busy signals. My primary objective is to secure a full refund from Money Magazine. I would appreciate any assistance in facilitating this refund process. Thank you.

We have paid for two subscriptions of Kiplinger's Personal Finance. We paid $39.90 on 9/28/[redacted] via Check No. [redacted] for Suzanne G. and Brandon A. Despite multiple letters explaining the payment, we continue to receive bills requesting additional payment. We received two more bills today, which is causing confusion.
