I ordered directly from a rep on the phone cause I wanted to make sure I got the order correct. When I received it everything was wrong so I had to send it back (which I hate).*I called a few days later when I realized they charged me shipping. The customer Service rep was very understanding so he sent me to an agent and they said “so sorry, your ** days is up!”*Why would l order again to pay shipping on items that were so totally off. I got XL instead of *XLT!! Big difference!!
