After * days of trouble after placing my order at Kingsizedirect.com some lame CSA told me I would have to reorder. I complain that paypal had already sent my invoice for it. He said that was all I could do. Then he wished me a happy independence day, and started laughing like it was some kind of joke. I was totally offended! After going through the same scenario, I explained I was worried, if I reorder I will get billed twice for it. I was told I had no reason to to be concerned that it couldn't happened. I told the CSA, "If you were that good, I wouldn't be talking to you now." We ended the call shortly, with my only options to totally forget it, or to reorder. I wish I had chosen the first. **I went and reordered, first one item I ordered was NO LONGER AVAILABLE, so I substituted it with an item of the exact same price, slightly different style and color, but when I got to checkout, my promo code wouldn’t work, I did afer a hectic search find a code that me a price only ** cents higher than my first order on the first of July. So I took it. **Then I called customer service and asked if I could get my ** cents back, and explained what I’d been through for the last * days since I placed my order! She said, No problem, if I could give her all my information from the first order, since their records don’t show it! I told her, no problem I have that right here, just tell me what I need to give you. She started with the item numbers then complained when the no longer available item number didn’t match the number of the replacement. I explained the price was exactly the same price. Then when we got to the promo code, she complained that was not the promo code I had used. I agreed and told her it would not accept my original code I had used and found this one that got it so close. Then she told me that since my original code wasn’t valid now, I couldn’t get my ** cents back. I told her, “KEEP MY DAMNED ** CENTS - **** YOU! and almost broke my phone hanging up!**I’d like my ** cents back, and now I think they ought to give me $** for the **** they’ve caused me. But I will feel it’s fair if they give back my ** cents!
