I purchased four single day tickets for my family to attend the park for Halloween on **-**-**. We were unable to use these tickets as my father fell and fractured his spine making the family come back home to tend to him. Due to work and school, my family and I are unable to use these tickets on **-**-**. We live five hours away and cannot resale the tickets on such short notice. I am willing to pay extra for the tickets to be extended for next summer, but the park policy does not allow for this nor does it allow for a refund. I am now out $***. How am I able to get my money back?
