I am on a payment plan. My card was lost so they issued me a different card. Had to pay in order to get in to the pool area Saturday. In the meantime I was told there is a senior rate which is platinum which also allows me in Cedar point as well. So I'm confused how i can get this switched or am i stuck not knowing how to get ahold of a real person to help me with my pass? I am afraid to try and go into where purchase passes and be charged double.
