I lost my car keys on the Banshee yesterday. I was told employees walk around and look for lost items after the ride is closed. They did not do this! I have not heard any response from lost and found yet. I had to pay $***.** last night just to get home and I believe this could have been avoided if any employee actually looked for the keys or I was allowed access to look. I know it's my own fault for not securing my keys but I feel more could have been done to assist my family in figuring out a remedy. Instead, I was exposed to the utter truth that Kings Island does not care about their customers. The customers money however, is top priority over all else. I will be sure to pass that info along...
