I am inquiring about a family pass for four individuals at the amusement park. My 19-month-old child is petite and may not be able to enjoy the rides but can access the waterpark. Do we need to purchase a pass for her as well? I am interested in buying the tickets online but wonder how I can demonstrate to Kings Island staff that we have paid since I cannot print the tickets. Can I make monthly payments instead of paying the full balance for the passes? Will I receive the same benefits with a monthly payment plan compared to paying the full amount upfront with the gold pass?

I misplaced my car keys on the Banshee yesterday. I was informed that employees typically search for lost items after the ride closes, but unfortunately, this did not happen. I have yet to receive any communication from the lost and found department. I had to spend $[redacted].00 last night just to get home, and I think this situation could have been avoided if someone had actively searched for the keys or allowed me to search as well. I take responsibility for not securing my keys properly, but I believe more could have been done to assist my family in finding a solution. I felt disappointed with the lack of customer care at Kings Island, where it seems that the priority is solely on customers' money rather than their wellbeing. I will make sure to share this experience with others.

Hello, last weekend I used my Gold Pass for the first time to visit Winterfest. During my first visit, I didn't have my Gold Card yet, just the QR code from the online purchase. I ended up paying $20 for parking to enter the park. I later found out that parking fees can be reimbursed, but unfortunately, I didn't keep my receipt. Can I receive a credit back to the card I used for payment or possibly get a coupon of equivalent value to use inside the park?

On July 20, [redacted], my son accidentally dropped his phone onto the roof of the Invertigo ride platform. Despite multiple witnesses and the phone's location tracking, the park staff directed us to file a lost item report. Maintenance mentioned they couldn't retrieve it during park hours but might be able to in the early mornings during maintenance. Unfortunately, there has been no communication from them, and the phone remains in the same spot with a low battery. While I understand it's a challenging situation, I believe that given the known location and restricted access, a few maintenance mornings should have been sufficient to retrieve the phone.

I purchased a ticket for the KI Surf City food and drinks event scheduled for today. Unfortunately, I experienced car trouble this morning on my way from Bridgeport, WV. My phone stopped working and I got lost without navigation. I was meant to meet my son's family who just arrived in Cincinnati. Now that I'm at the hotel and my phone is charging, I hope to resolve this. I recall opting for additional assistance in case of such emergencies. I kindly request a refund for the ticket purchase.
