I received a notification that I was rewarded with 3 boosts, one of them being a UFO. Unfortunately, I did not receive any of the promised boosts while playing on Facebook earlier today. I have reached out to support twice regarding this issue but have only received a reply email redirecting me to a generic customer support site without addressing my specific problem. I need human intervention and attention to resolve this matter promptly. It's worth noting that I received a message this morning.

I reached level [redacted] while playing and ran out of moves. I tapped the "play on" button to use 10 gold bars, but after the game froze and I restarted, my 10 gold bars were missing. This situation was frustrating because I believe those gold bars would have helped me complete the difficult level. I recently discovered unauthorized charges totaling $[redacted].63 on my Candy Crush account. The most recent charge I made was on 11/16 for $38.91. Unfortunately, I am facing family emergencies with my husband undergoing surgery and my 8-month pregnant daughter at risk of losing the baby. Dealing with these circumstances, the last thing I needed was my account being overdrawn due to these charges. Apple advised me to reach out to you directly for assistance. I have taken steps to prevent this situation from occurring in the future. Please consider helping me in this difficult time. Thank you.

Initially, everything was going well. I enjoyed playing Candy Crush Saga, buying items, and saving up treats. However, after taking a break, I encountered a problem. When I tried to replay levels, I couldn't see anything except a message saying I had finished the game, which isn't true as I haven't completed it yet. I would like to continue playing the game with all my rewards and purchases intact.

As this card is crucial for my purchases and bill payments, I urgently require a supervisor to contact me via phone to resolve this issue promptly and refund my funds. I recently got a new phone, and when I transferred my data, Candy Crush placed me at level #1. On Facebook, however, I am still at the correct level. I think I am logged into both Facebook and Game Center. When I try to retrieve my levels in the app on my phone, it shows Lisawilk and a privacy link to a King email, but I can't retrieve my levels from Facebook. I've reached out to King multiple times, but nothing has worked. My husband's new phone had no issues. I also tried to log in on my computer, deleted and reinstalled the app while on Facebook, but it still didn't work. Even Apple tech support couldn't figure it out. Can someone please call me at [redacted] to assist?

To whom it may concern, I recently bought a new Apple iPad in the winter and encountered some issues with charges from Apple and King Games. I accidentally purchased gold bars on both platforms which resulted in confusion. Apple's charging system made it challenging to differentiate between charges until after some trial and error. I took steps to isolate the issue and realized I was double-charged. Since then, I have only made purchases on my android phone to avoid such problems. Though I enjoy playing Candy Crush Saga and frequently buy in-game items, I have never experienced double charges before. I calculated an overcharge of $[redacted].94 due to this incident. I believe Apple should handle transactions within their platform rather than acting as a third party. I understand that King.com may not be responsible for these charges, but I am seeking a refund of the overcharged amount.

I've been spending quite a bit on Candy Crush, mainly for gold purchases. Recently, I spotted two charges of $54.11 labeled as "Entertainment" and "Professional Services" on my bank statement. I'm confused as I typically only buy gold and nothing else related to entertainment or services. Could you clarify these charges? I am experiencing an issue with Candy Crush Soda Saga where accepting the updated terms causes my level to reset to 1. This has happened multiple times, and it is frustrating that I have to spend hours contacting customer service to fix it. Now, I can't even reach out for support as there is no chat available. My name is Kimberly Sapp, and my social media accounts were hacked over a month and a half ago. I have been attempting to reach out to your team every night without any response. I informed you previously that I would involve my attorneys at Morgan & Morgan to address this issue. This has happened to me three times due to a Google King game. As a single mother on a limited income of $[redacted] a month, I cannot afford to spend $[redacted] a month on games. I suspect the father of one of my children, whom I receive child support for, may be involved, as per the child support agency. Financially, I cannot afford a lawyer, but I have solicited help from one I used previously. I have not received any phone calls even after requesting a callback. I was playing in the All Star ⭐️ Tournament when my app suddenly disappeared from my phone. I was at level [redacted] and had been participating in the competition from 9/23 to 10/20, consistently finishing at #1. After trying to refresh the game, I got logged out and couldn't remember my password. When I tried to reset it, the system couldn't find my account. Now, it seems like I've lost all my progress and started from scratch at level 1. I'm devastated because I've invested a lot of time and money in this tournament. I was even qualified for the semi-finals, so I urgently need help to regain my account and levels. This situation has left me feeling very disappointed.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding recent charges on my card for your services. I am confused about these charges as I have been hospitalized for two months and did not make these transactions. I would like these charges removed from my card and refunded. I see charges from Google King support and Buffalo Studios support on my statement. For the past four days, I've been experiencing issues with Candy Crush Soda. I am unable to connect to the server and constantly receive a message stating that my sparkly ball cannot be delivered at the moment, assuring me it will be delivered once the connection is established. Unfortunately, I'm unable to select a tile as the game appears to be stuck. I have lost over [redacted] days of continuous play and I kindly request assistance in recovering my progress. I attempted to access Candy Crush Saga through a new Facebook account and mistakenly entered the current date instead of my actual date of birth. Due to this error, my account got locked because I was considered underage. Despite my repeated explanations through the contact portal, King.com continues to respond with the same message stating that my account remains locked due to an underage violation. This situation is frustrating. I am 43 years old and have provided my correct date of birth as requested in their initial response. It seems unreasonable that they cannot unlock my account, especially since it is clear that someone less than a day old cannot possibly be attempting to fraudulently access an account.

I am concerned that no one has contacted me yet regarding a contest I entered. I noticed that another player quickly gained [redacted] points in a short time, while I was only getting 20 or 30 points, occasionally reaching [redacted] points. I played diligently over the weekend and spent a significant amount of time and money on this game. It seems unfair that someone could accumulate points so rapidly. User ID No. [redacted]. Issue with Candy Crush Saga: Sweet Cinema Extra Moves disappearing after purchasing gold. I have been actively playing Candy Crush Saga for around 9 years and have always enjoyed the game. On 1/22/23, I decided to purchase gold to participate in the competition for [redacted] gold bars. After making this purchase, I noticed that the Sweet Cinema feature, along with the ability to watch ads for extra moves, disappeared from my game. Now, the only way I receive boosters is through the Daily Treat Machine and the Booster Wheel. Unfortunately, this has significantly hindered my progress in the game, as I am unable to advance quickly enough to collect other rewards without spending more money. I was on Level [redacted] and managed to reach Level [redacted] by using up all my boosters. However, I have not received any extra moves since 1/22/23. It feels unfair to be treated differently for making a purchase in the game. This experience has been disappointing and has made me reconsider my decision to continue playing. I have attempted to reach out to [redacted] via email but have not received a response. I hope to have the ability to receive Boosters and Extra Moves reinstated on my account soon.

I attempted to purchase additional moves, and although it appeared to go through each time, I was not able to receive any. After trying five times, I noticed that my account was charged $4.21 on each attempt. I believe there might have been a technical issue causing this. Given the snowstorm currently happening in Wisconsin, it’s possible this affected the transaction. Could I please request a refund for the five charges of $4.21 each? Thank you. Sandy T. F.
