I have been charged and amount every month for the past year which I have not authorized. I have never used the service of Kindle and do not know when I subscribed. I think it is because I bought a tablet from Amazon and Kindle just tacked on. That is not fair. Audible did the same thing and that is being resolved. But I cannot speak with a representative because Kindle has some sort of robot communication which is not favorable for the client. I want Kindle to stop charging my visa card each month and request the refund of all money obtained from my credit card up to present. I have written this statement many times and just receive messages to write the whole story again. What is happening? Please call me or email me you have such information.
