I have * Kindles* I bought the second because I was so pleased with the first but wanted something smaller. On the old one I go the "home" click on "books" and it lists - alphabetically all of the books I have downloaded& whether they have been read or not* easypeasy. On the new one if I go to "home" there is no "books" to click on* there is "your library" which has just * books listed * one of which I read on the large one, one is a sample leaving one unread to read. Yet on the large one there are * unread books which I expected to be available on both machines? On the small one if I click on "Reading Lists" * books come up* the sample that was in "your library" and another one I read on the larger Kindle. *I spoke to someone last week & he said he would e-mail me, but didn't. This week every number I ring is continually engaged. When I bought the smaller Kindle - only a few weeks ago - there were no instructions* just a tiny leaflet with writing too small to read about the guarantee* nothing to tell you how to us the machine. I just want two things *) to be able to find all of the books that are on the large machine on the small one & *) how to find books, buy them etc i.e. instructions* everything that was so easy on the big Kindle. Thank you
