I bought an all new kindle paper white, Jan **th ****, for my daughter. We charged and turn it on when first received then put it away for her birthday. Did not realise had to keep it constantly charged. Now four days after the last return date we find it will not charge. Screen shows battery with exclamation mark inside it. Can't get charging light to come on at all. So sad, please help us fix this or replace the unit. hadn't even order any books for it yet.
