I recently changed routers. When I try to connect with it through wi-fi on my Kindle Fire, I have an "authentication problem". It says "connected" but it is not. It will not even give me an opportunity to enter the password for the router name. My computer and my wife's I-phone had no trouble at all connecting, only my Kindle. This has happened other times at hotels, etc - my wife's I-phone will connect but my Kindle Fire will not. This is my second Kindle fire that has had connection issues.
GetHuman-stoninve did not yet indicate what Kindle should do to make this right.
