I bought two 64-count packages of Kotex U Fitness daily long liners. When I took a bag on vacation, I found that the remaining liners in the package were misglued and packaged off-center, making them unusable. Even when I managed to separate the liners, the sticky part was exposed and impossible to wear. Upon returning home, I faced the same issue with the second package. Additionally, it is frustrating that this product is becoming hard to find in stores.

I am a 64-year-old with bladder problems. I have tested various incontinence undergarments and finally found the new Depends Medium Size-Best Fit Maximum, which I adore! I have a suggestion that could benefit many professional women. While working full time, I often need to change my underwear after 3 or 4 hours. I propose creating the same underwear with small snaps on the sides for easier changing. Having to remove all clothing items like pantyhose, tights, and pants to change is inconvenient. I am willing to pay extra for this feature. Although there are options with velcro closures, they are not my preferred fit. I believe adding small plastic snaps would make many women happy by simplifying the changing process mid-day without the need to fully undress. Thank you. - GP

Subject: Issue with Kotex U Click Tampons - Urgent Attention Needed On March 28, [redacted], while using a Kotex U Click tampon, I encountered a serious problem. After experiencing difficulties with the applicator, I discovered a foreign object, a one-inch clear plastic cylinder with yellow markings, stuck between the barrel and cylinder. This could have posed a severe health risk if unnoticed. I have photographs of the incident for your review. Despite advice to share this on social media, I chose to address this directly. I trust Kotex to investigate and prevent such incidents to ensure consumer safety. I have used Kotex for years, but this occurrence has shaken my confidence in the product. I bought the tampons in late February or early March from either Target or Rite Aid in Sacramento, CA. The product number is NN816713C. Contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] for any further clarification. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely, Zarah Cruz

Hello, my name is Kristina. I have been using Kotex for years, and it is actually my favorite brand. Today, for the first time, I encountered an issue. When I tried to pull the string lightly to remove the tampon, it broke while the tampon was still inside me. After about 10-15 minutes, I managed to remove it, but it was a concerning moment for me. I typically wouldn't reach out unless it was a significant problem. I noticed that some products were recalled, but I am unsure of the reason. The online information mentioned that the super and super plus tampons were not part of the recall. I would appreciate it if someone could respond to me. Thank you. Kristina L.

I am the Committee Chairperson for the Military Baby Shower in Tucson, AZ at the Air National Guard base. We aim to assist 25 active military families by providing them with essential items for their new babies. The Shower is scheduled for Armistice Day, May 16, [redacted]. I kindly request baby product coupons that we can distribute to these families. As all of them are first-time parents and are facing deployment, any support is greatly appreciated. Your contribution would make a difference in supporting our active military families. Thank you. Karen Baker [redacted] N Keyes Rd Green Valley, AZ [redacted]

I recently bought a package of Depends M/L Max. Dry Shield, and I noticed that the fit was not as good as usual. The lack of elasticity on the back legs caused them to keep pulling up, and the padding in the front came loose and folded forward, sticking to me. I have been using Depends for over a year without any issues. I decided to try Always as an alternative, but it didn't meet my expectations like Depends did. I am unsure whether I should continue trying different brands or stick with Depends. -Carol B.

Is there a way you could consider packaging the four-pack toilet rolls in paper instead of plastic? I understand the need to protect the rolls during transport, but maybe there are other ways to prevent damage. I've noticed that Sainsbury packages their two-packs of kitchen roll in paper. Even though they have their own stores, perhaps there are alternative solutions you could look into to reduce plastic usage. The amount of plastic packaging is disheartening. Thank you.
