I have an old Khan Academy account linked to an email I can no longer access. I spent about an hour working with College Board to access my test scores for merging with my SAT practice account. After updating my email in the College Board system, I returned to merge my scores but was notified that they were sent to my old Khan Academy account. College Board suggested reaching out to Khan Academy as they cannot rectify the issue. I would appreciate guidance on how to merge my scores to my new Khan Academy account. Thank you.

Subject: Request to Keep Old Progress Page on Khan Academy Hello, Our school has been utilizing Khan Academy for approximately two years, and our students have shown great enthusiasm for the platform. As an educator, I am appreciative of its ability to aid me in differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of all my students. In the past, we benefitted from the "Class Points" feature, particularly on the middle school front, enabling us to track the total energy points garnered by each class. It fostered a healthy sense of competition among students, which unfortunately was removed. While the recent update introducing the new progress page is a positive development, I personally find the previous progress page more impactful. The older version offered detailed insights such as a skills breakdown and individual student progress, essential elements for my instructional strategies. I kindly urge Khan Academy to maintain the former progress page, including the features "Progress by Student" and "Progress by Skill." Best regards, Mr. E. I need assistance with my two sons' accounts. One is Joshua H., aged 10, and the other is Kyle H., aged 7. Joshua is having trouble logging in using the email [redacted] sent to him. When he tries to access it, he ends up in Kyle's account, which is not the one Kyle normally uses. Kyle has completed math levels from Kindergarten to 3rd grade and is currently working on 4th-grade math. We are stuck in the account Kyle rarely uses, and we are unsure what the issue is. Good morning, We're experiencing issues with some students trying to link their Khan Academy accounts to College Board. An error message indicates that students under 13 cannot connect their accounts for test results and registration. However, these students are all 14 years old or older. Even after attempting corrections, they are still unable to connect. The affected students are Dakota Street, Heaven'le McKenzie, Ja'yla Little, Jimmy Rivera, Joelle Fisher, Leslie Salyers, Megan Davies, Omari Sutherland, Penter Holmes, Rhyen Glenn, and Safiyah Juman-Welch.

Dear Khan Academy, I wanted to inform you that I have noticed a minor issue with the video player controls. When pressing the space bar, the video pauses and unpauses repeatedly at a rapid pace. It requires precise timing to stabilize the video, which can be quite challenging. While this may seem trivial, it could impact the overall user experience. Hello, my name is Sheridan A. I am encountering an issue with my 6th-grade math course. Despite achieving mastery in all units, I am unable to see confirmation that I have completed the year's curriculum. I am uncertain if I need to acquire all available mastery points to reach [redacted]% and finish 6th grade, or if reaching mastery in each unit is sufficient. It seems illogical to necessitate mastery in every single topic, as that would contradict the ability to advance to the next unit. The system hasn't indicated any progress towards completion or being at the final stage, so even though I have achieved mastery in all units and am on the last unit (8/8), my progress only reflects 82%. Is acquiring all possible mastery points the sole method to attain a [redacted]% completion for 6th grade? Thank you for your assistance.

As a teacher utilizing KhanAcademy for student practice, I appreciate the platform, although recent changes to the progress option in the student home have led to issues. I am unable to accurately track the number of problems students have answered correctly or incorrectly, making it challenging to use for my lessons. The previous interface was more effective, unless there is a mistake on my end. I would appreciate assistance with this matter.

I registered a student for the Math 7 course, but the material was too challenging. I switched him to Math 6, but he keeps getting redirected to Math 7 when logging in. Despite trying various solutions like resetting the password and removing and re-adding him, the issue persists. Each time he enters the Math 6 class code to start, it still shows Math 7, although his progress is saved. Recently, I had him join the Math 6 course and link it to his Gmail, but now he can't access Math 6 at all. I need assistance in resolving this issue so he can seamlessly access the correct course material without any further complications.

I am trying to change my username on my student account, but the system prompts me to register as being older than 13 even though I am. I've attempted to create a parent account to manage the settings, but I've had several unsuccessful tries without the ability to change my username or any other settings. My son, Christopher Stevens, has been taking the same courses for the past 5 months using the following login information: Username: Christopher Stevens, Password: Gangbang12, and the email associated with the account is [redacted] I am Stacy Toye, the parent. Recently, when he signed back into his account, all his history, math, and science courses along with his assignments were missing. We are unsure how to recover this data. I have a question about Khan Academy. My son, T.A., has been using your site to supplement his math studies. His private school has allowed him to switch to an online program. Does Khan Academy offer a structured online class with grades I can provide to his school, or does he continue with the Algebra 1 course independently, showing his progress through quizzes and tests? He enjoys learning on your site and hopes to continue using Khan Academy for support.

Hello, I have an account that I was using to keep up with my high school preparation. Due to the coronavirus, my chemistry teacher assigned us work on the Khan Academy platform. I usually access my high school account on my tablet where I was doing exercises for both high school and middle school. To make it easier, I decided to install the Khan Academy app on my phone. When trying to log in, I only remembered my student name and couldn't recall the password. I clicked on "forgot password" and it asked for an email for verification. I provided [redacted], which is my school and work email. I'm not quite sure if that was the same email I used to create my high school account, but it was accepted by the platform.

As a volunteer tutor in Chicago, I am currently assisting a young woman from India who has been in the States for a couple of years. The brief Khan Academy videos explaining verb tenses have been beneficial, and I believe they would greatly assist her if she could view them. I have created a class with the code 9P3FYC57, identifying myself as the teacher. Unfortunately, my student has faced difficulties logging in from her phone as she does not have a laptop. Additionally, she received a message stating that the site is unsafe. I am seeking assistance for her to access the Academy successfully. I am currently engaging in distance learning, and I have encountered a situation with two of my students. They are experiencing difficulties in having their completed work reflected accurately in the assignments. It appears that after completing an assignment, the system does not register it as finished when they proceed to the next task. Furthermore, they have both mentioned instances where they were unexpectedly kicked out of the system while watching a video or taking a quiz, preventing them from continuing their progress. Despite their repeated attempts to complete assignments, when I review their Scores, there is no record of their work being done. I teach in Northern California, an area known for its unreliable internet connectivity, which may be contributing to these issues. I am seeking advice on how to address this issue, such as potentially having the students rejoin our class on Khan Academy. I am interested in exploring foreign language classes, particularly French, and I couldn't locate such courses on your platform. Although I initially signed up for computer programming, I later discovered your diverse curriculum and became intrigued by language learning. I seem to have multiple parent accounts, preventing me from viewing my children's progress and accessing both of their profiles on my dashboard. I need to delete any unnecessary accounts and consolidate everything into one account where I can monitor both of my children's progress easily.

My new email is [redacted] I attempted to change it in the settings by following the verification email link, but despite verifying my password and following all the prompts, the change does not go through. Good morning, I represent Sunbeam School Lahartara in Varanasi, India. I reached out to the local Khan Academy representative, Mr. Dibyendu, seeking clarifications on the Learn Storm Challenge due to the involvement of many of my students. The results were unexpected, and despite achieving the maximum level in India, we received no communication regarding any errors made. I had accounts set up for my daughter in 3rd and 5th grade. Recently, we attempted to link Khan Academy to Common App to transfer the required SAT information, but encountered a problem with her birthdate. As a result, all the SAT testing data stored on Khan Academy seems to have disappeared. We both feel frustrated and unsure how to proceed from here. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter with a representative to find a solution.
