Help with my Key Bank issue
What went wrong?
Waiting to see what went wrong with our suggestion for how to get Key Bank help.
The issue in GetHuman-ddmede's own words
I am very upset and NO one has helped me fix this. On ******* at **:** I used my debt card ending **** to deposit a check in amount of $****.**. At **** W Belleview Ave Littleton Co. I used the ATM because i know i would get points for using ATM. Once the deposit went into the account the ATM switched the amount from the amount to the check number on the check, showing i deposited $*,***.** and not the correct amount which was $****.**. I called the bank ***-***-**** was on the phone for * mins * sec, the rep said the ATM deposit will fix it self in the morning. Me like a dummy loving my bank said ok. Then I got up ********* checked my online account and saw my account was messed up. I called the *** again and was on hold for ** sec hung up and called the Branch ***-***-**** spoke with a rep on the phone for **mins **sec. He said call the *** number so i did to be the phone wit them for *mins **sec. They could not help. I then around **:**isham went into the Littleton Branch office and spoke with another rep and he talked with Branch manager and she didn't give sh@@, and said tell her to call the *** and ask to do a hardship. After ** mins or so I left again with out my funds. I again called the *** to be on the phone for **mins **sec and to be told they can not do a hardship and it would take * to * days to fix the BANKS mistake. I then went back to the brunch to see if we could do something.There for another ** mins with no success. I gave up and took the loss of losing my new place i was trying to get. The $****.** was loaned to be so i would be able to secue a new home for my and my kids. With all the ******** Keybank has done i have lost the opportunity to get the place i worked so hard to find. So now we are on day *, ********* to top it off my Birthday. I started calling again to the *** number at *:** am * min **sec. Still nothing could be done for the mistake of the Bank, called again at **:**pm on phone for ** mins ** sec and was told someone from the brunch would call me and this would be fixed by ****. I never received a call from anyone to let me know what was going to happen. I wake up today hoping that my account would be fixed per the *** number techs words yesterday on *********. ******** again, i pull my account up and now my account is $*,***.** som dollars over. Again they messed up the deposit amount, I was on the phone today ********* at *:** * mins ** sec and then again *:** am * mins ** sec with the *** number and no one has the clue how to fix this. I have lost of * hours of work loss of $**.**, I lost my application fee from the house i was supposed to put the $****.** dollars down to hold in the amount of $**.**, I had to barrow $**.** dollars from my boss to get gas, and i have not now been able to make my car payment of $***.**. Due to the BANK mistake. I fill that the bank needs to reimburse me for my time and my loss of wages and the money i lost from my application and the money i had to barrow, and the late fee charges from my car payment, due to the BANK messing up my account. Total owed to me is MY $****.** and the money the bank made me to lose $***.**. Please contact me ASAP
