I have the keurig *.* that was givin to me as a christmas present along with the reusable keurig coffee filter, the coffee maker works wonderful i have no complaints at all however the reusable coffee filter has malfunctioned and i am extremely upset!! The lid of the coffee filter has broken apart just pulling it out of the coffee maker so i used super glue to fix the little pieces that broke off. The past week my coffee has been coming out really watery so i descaled my machine thinking that was the issue that didnt work so i looked at the lid to the coffee filter and realized it wasnt lining up with the sensor correctly so i would have to put the lid on a certain way to make it work right although all that is extremely irratating i just dealt with it then this morning when i made my cup of coffee after i put the half n half in and was done stirring it i noticed a black object floating in my coffee so i spooned it out and it is little pieces of the lid !!!! Im assuming bcuz i have to readjust it to get it just right the pieces fell out in the casing that you put the filter in and got in my coffee. I took the whole filter out and looked it over and the basket part is fine i look at the lid and inside where there are suppose to be little black pieces of plastic that sits on top of the screen in the lid were all breaking off!! I realize these filters do not cost alot and i could buy a generic version one but after having this piece of plastic in my coffee it made me angry and i shouldnt have to buy another one when this one clearly is malfuctioning!!! I would appreciate if my keurig reusable coffee filter is replaced! I am more than willing to send you the one i have right now after i receive the new one as i am a "coffee addict" and need my coffee! I havent fixed it i am just not filling it very much with coffee n that seems to be working so far!
