I bought a Kurig with the craft option * *** years ago for my second home. I use this Kurig no more than two or three days a month. It died back in September and I called your customer service department. It was determined that the pump had gone bad. Your companies offer was to ship me a new one at a discounted rate of $***. Costco had the same one available that day for $**! That was some of the worst customer service I have ever had. Your company should have sent me a new one free of charge. It had barely been used.
