Get some help in receiving the part needed!!! ... We bought a Kenmore Gas Grill at a store closing sale on Colerain Avenue in Cincinnati, OH on October **, ****. It was a floor model so it had no box or a manual with it. We tried to start it for a family gathering but found out it did not have a regulator or hose. I called and talked to someone at Sears and they said that they would be glad to remedy the situation. Well, that was almost * months ago. Everytime I call to check on the order, they keep telling me that it is on backorder. I am so frustrated with the whole situation that after talking to six or seven different people (all different phone numbers) yesterday, I decided to just order one off of the site on line, and, guess what!!!! it will be delivered by December **. I don't know what your problem is, but I am now paying $**.** for a regulator and hose that should have been with the grill when we bought it. I am not a very satisfied customer and we have been customers for ** years.
Frustrated because it has been * months already and nothing!!!
I would like to reimbursed for the cost of the part....$**.**.
