Dear Customer Service Manager,**I am writing to let you know about the dissatisfaction that I have about a stove that I purchased at Sears, on July **, ****, that had part of the stove top burner peeling around the edges within ** days of my purchase.**I went into Sears on October **, ****, where I spoke with Salesman “Bob”, who called the customer service line for me to set up a service appointment. I showed him * pictures of the burner that was peeling, and the one next to it that was not. He said that it appeared that some sort of finish was left off of the stove top area that was faulty.**I spoke with a customer service person named Shannon, who had me text the pictures to her. She said that the defect was not under warranty, but offered me a **% discount towards anything that it would cost towards a repair. She also said that a problem like I have would have had to have been reported within * days for it to be covered. I told her that I had not cooked on it enough in * days to find that problem out.**This purchase cost me nearly $***. I think there should be a way to address this defect and should be under warranty.**I am including my purchase invoice and the pictures that I took.**I want you to know that I am also going to dispute this charge through the credit card company that I used as the Sears customer service person had absolutely no interest in resolving this for me.*This is a Kenmore stove purchased *******.**I want my stove top replaced or repaired.**Sincerely,**Sandra Thurman****-***-****
