Subject: Issue with Car Rental Reservation I made a reservation through Kemwel for a rental car that I was unable to obtain due to unexpected charges from Fox car rental. Despite the $[redacted].52 payment being deducted from my account immediately, Fox requested an additional $[redacted].00 deposit that I was unable to provide. This differs from my past rental experiences where the full payment is not taken upfront. After contacting customer service, I was given conflicting information regarding a potential refund and the timeframe mentioned in the voucher. Despite my flight arriving on time, delays in luggage collection and shuttle service caused me to miss the timeframe indicated. This experience was extremely frustrating. I am seeking a full refund of $[redacted].52 and prompt assistance regarding this matter. Sincerely, L. C.
