Trying to get my cash that the agent had no bussiness taking from me knowing the transaction was already fully paid . ... My debit was charged by snaptravel and cash by agent at check in .whos responsible for refund when chrged twice for one night *Agent i spoke to from the office at motel * told me to contact the agency i made my booking with .*I would appreciate a refund to my debit card ending **** by either party asap please
They knew i was stranded in town and prior to check in they threaten to tow my vehicle because check in wasnt until * pm next day
People need to know they made a mistake and are willing proof good reputation by giving the costomers the (always right policy )when an issue is in the cost of their hands ... Without the run around or hassles of blamming the booking company ..
Im a good costumer to the motel company and other booking apps *That worked with me based on the availability changes was not in my control to prevent .
