I purchased and engagement ring from Kay Jewelers online on May **th ****. The purchase was paid in full that day and I received a receipt via email. Estimated delivery date is July *th **** (today) but I have yet to receive any confirmation on shipping, a tracking number or any information whatsoever on my purchase. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service to get a refund or attempt to get any sort of information on my purchase only to be kept on hold for hours just to never speak to a customer service rep. Someone spending large amounts of money with this company should be able to have some type of information on their purchase!
