My wife & we’re at the Kay’s in the Northridge Fashion Center California to take my wife’s diamond baget bracelet for an on going issue since we upgraded it in ****. The clasp always gets loose where it has fallen off my wife’s wrist. In all the times (*X) we’ve taken the bracelet back for repairs all the employees we dealt with said there was no way to add a safety chain to the bracelet to make more secure. But yesterday Mary at Kay’s said that it could be done & we didn’t even have to ask. Plus also meeting Greg the store manager made our visit so enjoyable and fun! I was so shocked that Mary told me that a safety chain could be added I had scared her by my response ( ARE YOU KIDDING ME!) . I explained to her that no one had ever said that a safety chain could be added to the bracelet. We also informed Greg what had been going on for all these years. And that a former employee (Hammy) how she had treated us when we would take the bracelet back for inspection or repairs. She was never nice to us unless we were thinking of making another purchase.*So we want you to know that Mary & Greg are the BEST! A thousand Kutos to them both! We now can enjoy visiting the Northridge store now knowing that they both work there!*Than You for having them as your employees!*With the GREATEST of THANKS *Arthur & Imelda Sierra
