I am extremely upset and ticket off about a situation with a purchase I've made with Kay. I purchased a pair of earrings on ******* for $***. I lost one of the earrings (to no fault of my own, I was wearing them and the earring fell off my ear and the back was still attached). I went into Kay to see if I could purchase just one new earring and they told me it was going to be over $***. Now the pair of earrings are on sale for $*** and I am STILL being quoted $*** for one earring. This makes no sense and I am extremely dissatisfied.
