Hi my name is William Weieneth. *I spoke with a rep before doing a purse purchase for my wife's birthday present. The rep at Kate Spade said since I signed up first time and want to do a purchase that I would get **% off online and to call Kate Spade customer service to get additional **% off as promised by a credit on the card used. I called customer service right after transaction and the *nd rep told me she couldnt honor the additional **% and apologized that I was given incorrect information by your *st rep. at Kate Spade customer service. She also said she put cancel on item for not to be shipped since I was upset and felt basically lied to just so that I would do purchase to begin with which is wrong and that she would issue a full redund since noone would honor what I was promised. I am in the military and any other company would honor this especially with information from your customer service rep promising me the additional **% discount and a credit to my credit card used and again I feel I was lied to just to make the purchase. I would like to know if there is anything else you can do for this credit or credit in full by speaking to your supervisor please? Thank you in advance. - Will Weieneth
