I bought * purse from the Kate Spade outlet in Pleasant PrarieWisconsin. The Manager told me that she would send me my receipt because according to her on her end the sale did nOt go thru, although my credit card was charged. TheManager promised me that she will send me the receipt. It has been * weeks and no response from the store Manager Richelle Anderson. This is a very poor customer service and frankly at this point I do not want the Kate Spade merchandise. They cannot produce a receipt and they claim the sale was cancelled but my card was changed. I am not happy with the customer service and how they treat a customer.
