I would like to return some items I purchased at the citadel outlets in commerce california over the memorial day weekend.My mother did not care for Kate Spade. Unforrunately i misplaced my receipt. However I was told by the sales person at the time of purchase that by providing my email would save my transactions and work as a valid receipt. I tried returning the items and the manager insisted the conversarion never occured. Everyone kept telling me sonething different. I am very displeased with their customer service and misleading information. My mother is now forced to keep items that she will never use and equivalent to $*** wasted. I would like a full refund for my items. Thank you
I trust that Kate Spade will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
