The issue in GetHuman-mhoeven's own words
-On ******** you charged my Discover card $***.****-I immediately called your customer service line and asked to have my subscription cancelled and my money refunded (on ********)**-I did agree to pay for an on line subscription for about $***.**. Later I found out that you offered a $**.** on line subscription as a black Friday deal. I was not give this deal? **After checking my statement I called * or * more times, I am sure I called ******* asking where my refund was? I was assured that it was coming. **-I then called again the week of ******* and asked to speak to a supervisor as my $***.** has still not been refunded and my credit card statement has closed, meaning I will have to pay the $***.** to Discover. During this call I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told by Rich ******** that she would have a supervisor call me back. Still no supervisor has called. What terrible customer service you are providing! **What I want**. I want my refund check of $***.** charged to my Discover Card mailed out to me, not credited back to my card. ***. I want my next ** months of my on line Subscription for free for my inconvenience. (keep in mind each time I call its **-** minute wait just to talk to someone, again horrible customer service. I have been a customer of the Star for ** years. ***.
