Good Morning again,**I just received an email from the distribution Center team asking me to contact the Carrier. His name is Steve and his telephone number is (***) ***-****. I was told he over slept, and that is the only thing I have heard back from. The woman at the Distribution center can be contacted at (***) ***-****.**What is going on at the KC Star anyway?? I am trying to find some people there that are at least willing to help and make an effort. I cannot believe that a customer is treated this way and absolutely no one is willing to do what is right and try and fix this problem.**Again, please see below. Since our conversation, I have not received my newspaper at least * other times. This same Carrier also delivers the Wall Street Journal and USA Today, so I do not get any of my newspapers.**In addition to not receiving my paper, when it does get delivered, it often is around *:** am when I just am heading off to work. The Carrier just decides to deliver the newspapers whenever he*she wants.**What do I have to do to have my newspapers delivered please?? This keeps happening over and over since I moved to my new home at *** West ***nd Terrace, Kansas City, MO *****. Your team tells me that I can read it online, but is that really the point here. The KC Star has made so many cutbacks on service and quality, it is embarrassing and I do not know what else to do here. I am just one customer, but I work at a High Tech company and as a Sales Leader, the value of having a satisfied customer is at the top of our priorities. In the case of the KC Star, that does not seem to be the priority given the service I have received.**PLEASE, help me with my newspaper!!!
