I had booked my seats for flight on **nd feb which got cancelled(i got the EMD no) in the reciept of my payment email.The flight was cancelled by the airlines.I again rebooked my seats on **th Feb for a flight on *st of March.that too got cancelled and i didnt recieve any emd in the email receipt of the payment.The first booking for which i recieved the emd has been reinstated for refund.People in customer care on whatsapp are just playing around and creating unnecessary confusions.i dnt get it? Will my amount be refunded? Or KLM does this everytime with everyone
