Rgarding *Request ID * *D*-B**D***BE*** *Booking code QPDT*C***I have requested a refund for this return flight. I did not request a voucher I have been very patient with you, but have heard nothing from you since May. My wife, who is on the same booking code, received a refund for her ticket only a month ago, however we received NO refund for my ticket. I believe EU rules indicate you should have processed my refund by now. Please confirm the exact date the refund will issued.
