My wife and I will not be ** in * months time. They insist we have vouchers to offset against future flights instead of cash refund for our return flight from South Africa. When our flight was cancelled we had an open ticket until June but no flight service. We took a Repatriation flight back to UK. We will be unable to use any vouchers until we are *****, Even if we live to that age I cannot foresee us being able to fly anywhere. I have repeatedly asked for cash instead of vouchers but they will not budge. I know times are difficult but more so for us pensioners, we feel we are being cheated out of our money.
