Hello Sir,*Firstly, I would like to apologize to message you directly through social media. The reason for my message is that I am not satisfied with KLM India team and their email responses or their actions. To give you a background: I booked my tickets from Bangalore to Edmonton (Canada) for myself, my wife, * yr old son and an infant. When I called in your customer service within ** hours to cancel, I was told to do it online and they guided me step by step instruction to cancel it. So, I input my details and my wife’s, the person on call told me to just enter only the information for adults and the kid’s tickets will get cancelled automatically. So, I exactly did the same way how your representative asked me to do. I wanted to make it very clear that I don’t make any mistakes on my side so I went again and confirmed multiple times that it’s not required to add my kids details and they replied this is sufficient to cancel the entire itinerary. *So, I got a refund for myself and for my wife and not for the kids. So, when I called them back, they told me that don’t worry we will provide refund for the kids too. I was very glad that KLM has such a nice team and they value their customers problem. But I didn’t get a full refund instead, I only received **-**% refund which was shocking to me, since this should have considered as cancel within ** hours and that’s exactly what I did. *So, I sincerely request you or someone to look into this and please consider to provide a full refund at the earliest. *Refund request: ID *AD-BC****CE***** *I will be very glad if you can look into this and sort it for me. * *Thanks,*Pushparaja(Raj)
