GetHuman-stdthai's customer service issue with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines from September 2018

Help with my KLM Royal Dutch Airlines issue

Get my baby buggy back, very difficult to carry my young son around in my arms, ... Lost baggage by klm , have not received any notification regarding same, have been waiting over one month but not a word, am at a loss as what to do , because klm are doings absolutely nothing.
That people need response
Just simple, check my name,flight number and see what surplus baggage was on that flight,ie “ beemoo” baby buggy, coulor black
I am just a normal customer trying to get back something that belongs to me and is made very difficult halving to write stupid comments like this
No ,what else can I do.?
