I went to KFC on Cheyenne today between 6:00 and 7:00. Instead of the fresh chicken I requested, they gave me old, stale chicken after a 10-minute wait. I'm very disappointed as I couldn't return due to gas costs. The distance is far, and my husband ate the stale chicken. I need my order replaced or a refund. The customer service was poor, and when I called, they were rude and unhelpful, making me repeat my concerns multiple times.

I visited a KFC in Las Vegas at 9:30 pm. When ordering, they informed me they couldn't make what I initially wanted due to closing soon. I still ordered alternative items. Unfortunately, they were out of chicken sandwiches and tenders. I received my order without a receipt. Later, I discovered all the sauces had spilled and the mashed potatoes lacked gravy. When I called about the missing items, the employee was unsympathetic and claimed the gravy was in the bag. Frustrated by the errors, lack of receipt, and unprofessional response, I wanted a refund. Despite the employee's insistence on returning for a refund, I declined due to distance and gas costs. The employee even yelled at me and offered a free meal, which I declined. The whole experience was upsetting, and I hope to receive a full refund. I don't have a receipt number, but I can provide evidence of payment on my debit card. I would appreciate a prompt resolution and a conversation regarding this unfortunate incident.

Today, my family and I visited the KFC at Lakeside Village in Doncaster. We decided to use the drive-thru and wanted to order a party bucket as we had seven people to feed. Unfortunately, we were informed that the party buckets were unavailable due to low stock, and we were advised to order box meals instead, which would have been more expensive for the same amount of food. As a result, we remained stuck in the drive-thru with no order for 1 hour and 15 minutes before reaching the front. Upon requesting to speak with the manager, we were told they were unavailable, and we spoke to a supervisor who lacked manners and only mentioned the stock shortage as a reason for the delay. Despite waiting for over an hour, the service was not satisfactory, and when my partner asked to speak to a manager or obtain HR contact details, the requests were denied. It was disappointing to witness other customers experiencing similar issues while we were there.

I have been waiting for a response regarding an issue I had at your Westlake branch on 07-18-[redacted]. I completed a complaint form, called customer service on the 19th, and received case # [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have not received any updates, and I am becoming increasingly frustrated. We have not received a refund nor did we receive our order. I believe it is essential for you to address this promptly. The lack of communication is disappointing, and the overall service seems to have deteriorated. I would appreciate a swift response either via email or a phone call at your earliest convenience. I recently visited a KFC location while on vacation, arriving around 10:20 am. Although the sign stated the store would open at 10:30, an older gentleman kindly unlocked the door for us. As we approached the counter, a younger employee began arguing with the man in front of us and other staff members, which my wife and I found unnecessary. She insisted he should not have opened the door until 11:00, despite the posted opening time of 10:30. I politely mentioned that we could go elsewhere, but she proceeded to take our order. I have reached out to the KFC website regarding this experience.

I made a purchase on their app, went through checkout, and encountered issues with my EBT card, commonly known as the food stamps debit card. I contacted the store to explain the problem and informed them I would come in person to pay for my order. When I mentioned the $30 meal deal I had ordered, the staff member informed me it wasn't available and suggested a pricier option instead. This situation made me question the consistency of their advertising, specifically regarding the $30 meal deal promoted on their website and app. Despite selecting the meal at a specific store location after inputting my address to view local prices, the store failed to honor the deal. I believe this discrepancy in advertised promotions and actual store offerings needs clarification from KFC. Can a store refuse to provide an item listed on the menu if the app allows customers to order it?

I am a satisfied customer who frequents the Amsterdam Bos en Lommer Plein location in the Netherlands. I have observed that the employees there are not working efficiently. Instead of fast service, it feels like slow service. The waiting time for a small order like a snack box is around 10-15 minutes. I had to approach the counter to inquire about the delay. The staff mentioned that the snack needed 5 minutes in the fryer, amidst the dinner rush between 6:30 pm and 7 pm. Even though it is vacation season, not all customers are on holiday. There used to be more activity and better service in the past. This feedback is intended to provide constructive feedback to management and to improve the overall service at the location.

I began my employment at KFC on July 21, [redacted], as a shift manager and am currently undergoing training. Before starting, I completed various tasks on talent reef, including providing my payment preferences for either a pay card or direct deposit. I chose direct deposit, inputting my bank details correctly and signed the document on July 18, [redacted]. Despite facing financial difficulties due to my previous employer closing with short notice, I was looking forward to my payday today. However, when I woke up, I did not receive my payment. After inquiring with my GM, it was revealed that paperwork was not submitted on time, leading to the delay. My AM expressed apologies and assured me of receiving my payment on August 4, [redacted]. Despite this, she also hinted at reconsidering my managerial position due to perceived lack of team spirit and mentioned possible documentation for leaving work early. These interactions left me feeling upset and concerned about the security of my job. Later, an email confirmed payment on August 5, [redacted], adding to my distress. I am solely eager to receive what I'm owed and hoping for resolution.

I work at KFC located at [redacted] North Ave., New Rochelle, NY, and I would like to report an incident involving a shift supervisor named Ashley Williams. She threatened me, and the situation escalated from a disagreement over orders. After involving the store manager, I was told to go home and return the next day. Today, upon my return, the supervisor seemed unwilling to work with me peacefully and even threatened violence. Despite her misuse of authority, I have attempted to keep things professional, but her behavior persists. Not only does she neglect her responsibilities as a supervisor by avoiding work and involving family members in conflicts, but she also creates a hostile work environment. As a seasoned employee, I expect professionalism from my colleagues and hope to address this matter promptly through the appropriate channels.

Ticket # [redacted] dated August 8, [redacted], indicated the time as 5:19 PM. We ordered an 8-piece meal with a large coleslaw, large mashed potatoes with gravy, and 4 biscuits from Kentucky Fried Chicken located at [redacted] N. Sandhills Blvd. Aberdeen, NC [redacted]. We planned to have family over for dinner. On our way home to Vass, NC, which took us 20 minutes, we found there were only 6 pieces of chicken instead of the 8 we ordered when we checked the food. My wife made 5 calls to the Aberdeen KFC, but each time the call was answered and promptly hung up. We are extremely disappointed with the poor customer service at KFC. I drove 27 minutes to the KFC in Albertville for my usual chicken sandwich. I had a buy one get one free coupon from their survey. I arrived at 8:34, before their 9 PM closing time. All the lights were on, so I thought they were open. When I got to the drive-thru, the employee asked if they could help, leading me to believe they were open. I ordered my sandwich with a coupon, only to be told they had no chicken fillets and were closed early for a staff meeting. I was disappointed. I feel they should compensate with a few $5 coupons sent to my email.

On August 13, [redacted], at KFC City Centre Doha, Qatar, I had a bad experience with the store manager, Shriram. I placed orders numbered 70 and 77 for 3 white rice, 2 gravy, 1 chicken nuggets, 1 chicken rice meal, and 1 chocolate cake. When I asked for an extra plate for the rice, Shriram rudely suggested I use the cup the rice came in, which was not suitable for my kids. He insinuated that I shouldn't complain since I supposedly worked at City Centre, then sarcastically apologized after our argument. Regardless of where I work, I felt his behavior was unacceptable, and he became even angrier during our interaction. I believe customers should be able to request extra plates when dining at KFC without facing such disrespect.

I recently visited KFC in Glen Marais and purchased food for R129. Unfortunately, I was not provided with a receipt. While waiting on the other side, I observed an employee handling the food with bare, wet hands which was concerning. When I asked him about it, he apologized, but did not use gloves or a scoop to serve the food. I requested a refund from him, which he initially refused until I insisted on speaking to the manager. Ultimately, I received my refund and decided to go to McDonald's on Monument Road for my meal instead. This experience was very stressful for me as a 60-year-old and has made me wary of trusting KFC in Glen Acres in the future. It was a disappointing situation that I do not wish to repeat.

On Saturday, August 20, [redacted], I purchased a 4-piece meal and a sandwich at the Natchez, MS KFC drive-through. Unfortunately, upon tasting the sandwich, I found it to be moldy and undercooked. When I contacted the Natchez, MS KFC at [redacted], I was directed to an answering machine without confirmation that I had reached KFC. This experience left me very disappointed. Despite receiving an email with Case #[redacted] on Saturday at around 5:16 PM promising a follow-up call, I have not been contacted yet. On the evening of August 14, [redacted], my group attempted to order meals at KFC in Lake, Isle of Wight using the restaurant screen. The order process took our money but then indicated a problem, requesting us to use another screen. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred, resulting in two payments being taken without the order reaching the counter staff. Team Leader Arran was understanding but mentioned that the orders had mysteriously disappeared from the system even though we had been charged twice. After a long wait, Arran manually placed our order at the counter. The delay in receiving our food was over an hour, causing distress especially with a diabetic and a hungry five-year-old in our party. Arran explained he couldn't issue a refund and advised us to contact KFC. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, we have had no success with getting a response or a refund. We have documentation of the transactions and are disappointed with the entire experience.

I was excited to try your pot pies but was disappointed when I went to pick up my order and found out they couldn't be made due to a broken oven. I paid with my credit card and would like a refund of $14.97 for the 2 pot pies and coleslaw I ordered. I spoke to the manager who suggested contacting the company listed on the KFC app, as they claimed not to be affiliated with it. The KFC assistant only led to a page saying the order was ready, causing further frustration. I hope to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

I visited the drive-thru in Moberly, Missouri on September 2nd, [redacted]. I ordered a 12-piece family meal with extra crispy legs and original wings. Unfortunately, when I got home, the chicken was greasy and not crispy, the mashed potatoes were meager, the biscuits were smashed, and the gravy had a strange texture. Despite my specific request for extra crispy pieces, they were missing. I used to work at KFC, so I understand the challenges, but I was disappointed with this experience, especially for $40.25. Good Evening, Approximately half an hour ago, I ordered a Sharing Meal from the official website KFCpakistan.com. During the order process, I chose to pay with a card and entered my card details. I was then prompted to select my bank OTP destination via email or contact number, where I entered the OTP. A message confirmed successful verification. Although my bank provided transaction details, I have not received the order or any confirmation. I kindly request a refund or further guidance.

A couple of months ago, I visited your Highway 58 store in Chattanooga, Tennessee. When I tried to place an order at the drive-thru, a woman there was extremely rude and uncooperative. She used inappropriate language, threatened to call the police, and even refused to take my order. After reaching out to customer service through email, a kind gentleman contacted me promptly and assured me he would address the issue. He left two gift cards for me to collect, but when I returned to the store on Sunday, September 11th, the same lady caused more trouble. Despite my simple order request, she continued to be disrespectful, used profanity, and even mentioned her impending departure from the job. This behavior is unacceptable, and I urge for her to be removed from the store or your employment. I have been a resident in the Highway 58 area for 33 years and never experienced such issues until recently.

Upon arriving with my whole family, we headed to the self-checkout counters. After waiting for about 10-15 minutes, a cashier became available. I proceeded to select our drinks but could only find beer and water, so I restarted my selection. Faced with only garlic sauce instead of the desired condiments, mayo and ketchup, I had to choose the available options. Unfortunately, the card reader wasn't working at the checkout, leading to the order being canceled. I had to start over, re-entering everything and opt for paying at the counter. Upon explaining the situation to the staff, I had to wait for adjustments to be made. Despite delays, the order seemed correct, and I paid before finally getting the food. While everything tasted good, the condiments in unopenable packets were an inconvenience. The beverage dispenser malfunctioned, causing another hiccup. Disappointed by the overall experience, I felt the need to share my frustration.
