I have some general feedback to share about my recent experience at KFC in Midland, WA. I am a long-time customer, visiting about once a month. On 27.02.[redacted] around 3 pm, I encountered issues with the KFC app and servers being down nationwide. Despite the app instructing me to place the order in-store, the Midland store declined to honor the app deals. Additionally, the KFC Feedback website was inaccessible, leaving me no way to express my frustration. Ultimately, I left and went to Nando's nearby. It's surprising that such a large company like KFC had IT outages without a backup system in place. Thank you, Stuart.

On February 18th, I parked my car outside your branch near a plant container. When I returned to my car, the plant container had fallen onto my bumper, leaving scratch marks. I promptly notified your manager, who took a copy of the photo I had taken and mentioned sending it to you. I provided my details and was told someone would contact me. However, it has been over a week, and I have not heard anything. I visited the branch again on Thursday, where they mentioned being aware of the situation and shared the contact information for your care squad. I find it disappointing that I have to follow up on this matter myself, as it reflects poor customer service.

I purchased $[redacted] worth of food from KFC, including (2) 8-piece buckets, a 12-piece bucket, and two orders of chicken tenders. However, all three buckets did not contain any breast pieces. I called the Newton store to report the issue, but the staff member was unhelpful, blaming the packing person and refusing to make up for the mistake. This is the second time I have had a problem with this location, and the staff's attitude is unacceptable. I rely on the breast pieces for my family, and it was disappointing to have to change dinner plans due to this error. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted] or replacement meals when I am in the area again. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I visited the drive-thru at KFC in Webster, NY (store number G135461) and ordered an 8-piece tender meal with corn, but they gave me 8 biscuits, corn, and fries instead. Upon returning to the store and speaking to the manager, I was not offered an apology for the mistake or inconvenience. The manager offered me a slice of cake, which I didn't want. Despite getting a replacement order, the tenders were very salty. My round trip from home to the store is approximately 15 miles. My kids and I only ate 3 tenders as the rest were too salty. I hope for a simple apology if such an error happens again.

I ordered a 3-piece chicken meal for £4.99 through the KFC app for drive-through pickup. However, upon arrival, I found the drive-through closed and had to go into the restaurant. Despite showing my order number [redacted], the staff could not locate it. The manager was unable to assist and suggested I seek a refund via email. Subsequently, I re-ordered and noticed my original order number on the preparation screen. After bringing this to their attention, they seemingly processed both orders. I reside in Rome, Georgia, and while reviewing my bank statement, I noticed a charge from the KFC location in Rome, Georgia. I haven't visited there in years. I reached out to my financial institution, and they suggested contacting the business directly. Being a single disabled grandmother with two grandchildren, I can't afford to dine out unexpectedly. On Saturday, March 35, [redacted], I had a craving for chicken tenders. I visited the drive-thru on Lake Worth Road to place my order. I estimated my bill to be around $13 but was shocked when the cashier asked for $21.29. Despite paying the incorrect amount in cash, I insisted on a receipt, which at first the cashier claimed he couldn't provide due to a faulty printer. Upon receiving one, I discovered I was only supposed to pay $12.29, not $21.29 as I was charged. The confusion continued as the cashier misrepresented the change he provided me. After realizing the discrepancy, I contacted the store to speak with the manager, who showed little concern for the situation. I have made an official complaint through the KFC survey and attached the receipt as evidence. This deceitful cashier's actions need to be addressed, and I am seeking a refund for the overcharge.

I worked at KFC in East Knoxville, TN, and put in 82 hours over 4 weeks. My first two-week paycheck was only $[redacted], as was my second paycheck. I raised this issue with the manager, but no action was taken. I am currently homeless because of the unpaid wages totaling about $[redacted] or more. I demand my rightful pay. Hello KFC, I recently spent $50.21 at one of your drive-thru locations. However, my order was completely incorrect and not worth the amount I paid. I ordered a 12 piece tender meal but received only 8 pieces of chicken in a bucket with incorrect sides. Instead of five biscuits, I only got four, and there were no cookies included. Additionally, when I ordered a two-piece meal, I received a chicken sandwich without any side dishes. I brought this order home to my family after a long workday only to find it unsatisfactory. Though I neglected to check the bag before leaving, I hesitated to cause further delays for other customers. On March 28th, I placed an order for an 8-piece meal with two sides, four biscuits, and a cake using a coupon. After paying $20 for the meal, I found that instead of the expected items, I received 4 hard biscuits, 4 thighs, 2 legs, and 2 breasts. The chicken was old and had a strange taste. My husband called and spoke with Tanisha, the manager, about the issue with the missing wings. Tanisha was understanding and asked him to come today, March 29th. When I went to the store today to get the wings, the manager, possibly the GM, informed me that they were out of wings and insisted I return later for them only, not allowing me to substitute with legs. This lack of customer care was concerning. As a manager myself, I understand the importance of good customer service for business success. I expected better communication about the wing shortage when I placed my order. I would appreciate a replacement for my entire order or a full refund, as customer satisfaction should be a top priority for any business.

During my visit at your Fremont, OH [redacted] restaurant, I ordered some dry wings and was looking forward to a delicious meal at home. Unfortunately, upon biting into the wing, I discovered they were still raw, causing me to feel ill and vomit throughout the night. The next day, I returned to the restaurant with the raw wings, photos, and receipt hoping for a refund and a complimentary replacement, but was met with no resolution. I recently applied for a team member position at Penny St Shop in Lancaster through Indeed. After being scheduled for an interview on March 29th at 10:45 am, I faced a disappointing turn of events. The manager wasn't available for the interview, leading to a rescheduled meeting on Wednesday at 11:15 am, which was also canceled due to the manager being on a course elsewhere. Feeling frustrated, I rearranged my work shifts twice for the interviews. To my surprise, I received an email today stating they are moving forward due to inability to reach me, despite minimal effort to communicate after the initial interview scheduling. I have saved screenshots of this correspondence as evidence.

I recently placed an order for regular wings from the online menu, but unfortunately, I received spicy wings instead. After contacting customer service, I encountered rudeness from both the employee and manager, who shifted the blame to Grubhub. Despite pointing out the menu error, they were unhelpful and dismissive. I emphasized the importance of accurate advertising and even mentioned legal advice from family members. The manager abruptly ended the call without addressing the issue. This lack of professionalism and accountability at the Elm Road KFC in Youngstown is unacceptable. I am disappointed by this experience and will consider alternatives if the service does not improve.

My recent experiences at this restaurant have been disappointing. Every visit, the chicken seems old and reheated, sitting in the warmer for too long. The biscuits are consistently hard and cold, not fresh. Despite paying a significant amount for the meals, the quality is subpar. It's disheartening, especially since I had a 97-year-old companion who couldn't even eat the tough, dry chicken. This establishment, located in Mount Airy, North Carolina [redacted], needs to improve its food quality and service. Even though I appreciate the effort to reduce portion size, the lack of freshness is a major concern. I rate my experience a two out of five and have decided not to return. Paying $15 for two two-piece meals, I specifically asked for thighs but received a leg and a thigh that were both dry. I hope my feedback is taken seriously to enhance the overall dining experience.

Hello, I visited your Glasgow shop near Central Station last night. I ordered a takeaway and paid £17.04 with my debit card at a self-service till that did not print a receipt. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember my order when talking to a staff member. Staff mentioned they couldn't assist without a receipt, and my dead phone couldn't provide proof. I had a disappointing experience with my chicken order. The white meat was dry and pasty, while the dark meat fell apart easily with no juiciness. The only decent part of the meal was the coleslaw. I spent over $50 on a 16-piece meal that tasted like it was reheated. I have my receipt as proof of purchase if needed. Can you assist me with this issue?

Every time I visit Kentucky Fried Chicken in PEI, all I get is greasy food, which is really disappointing. I used to love going to KFC, but after this experience, I've avoided it for over 3 years now. On April 6, I bought 2 chicken thighs at the St. Peter's Rd. location in Charlottetown, and the amount of grease I could squeeze out of them was excessive. It's not just this location; I feel like all the KFC franchises on the island have this issue. Even the one in Bloomfield, though not as bad, could use improvement. The one in Summerside is in dire need of help. KFC has unfortunately become known as the Greasy Spoon of PEI. I hope they address this as it's a serious health concern. I've given feedback twice before, and this will be my final complaint as I've lost hope in the quality improving.

I visited Store #[redacted] in Dover, Ohio to order a meal. I requested the #4 combo with all dark meat, specifically 2 legs and 2 thighs. However, I was informed that they were unable to fulfill my request as they often run out of dark meat later in the day. I found this unsatisfactory given the price I was paying for the combo. I believe I should have the option to customize my order as desired. I am uncertain if this is a company policy or a managerial decision, but it warrants investigation. I ultimately chose to cancel my order and dine elsewhere due to this issue. I do not seek personal compensation, but it is important for the restaurant management to ensure their staff is adequately trained. I would appreciate a response addressing this matter.

I am a fan of KFC but have had multiple disappointing experiences at the Tarboro St location in Wilson, NC. Despite complaints, the errors in my orders have persisted. Recently, my $50 order was subpar - the chicken and biscuits were dry and inedible. Only the mashed potatoes were decent. In addition to the poor food quality, the customer service I received was lacking. The staff member did not acknowledge me or thank me when handing over my order. As someone who works in customer service, I believe the entire team at this KFC location needs to be replaced due to the consistent issues I have faced. Thank you for listening.

I have a detailed concern about my experiences at two KFC stores near me. The KFC at [redacted] Kraft Road in Ft. Gratiot, MI, is the closest one, but I face consistent issues there. Despite visiting during my typical dinner hours between 4:30 PM and 8 PM, they never have the extra crispy chicken I prefer, always requiring a 20-25 minute wait. On the other hand, the KFC at [redacted] 24th Street in Port Huron, MI, always has the extra crispy option available. I submitted a complaint on the store's website, seeking a resolution for this ongoing problem, but have not received a response. While the easier solution would be to always go to Port Huron, it feels counterintuitive to pass by one KFC to get to another. The lack of customer service resolution at the Ft. Gratiot store is frustrating.
