Despite being told our order would arrive at 5:30 PM, it was significantly delayed and ultimately not delivered. After attempting to contact the store and speaking with customer service representatives, we were informed of a late delivery and ultimately learned that the store had closed by 6:15 PM. This led to added time and expenses on our part, as well as significant disappointment and inconvenience, particularly on my wife's birthday. Due to the confusion and disruption caused, I kindly request compensation in the form of the original order being provided at no charge. Given the impact on our evening plans and the need to seek alternative dining options, I believe this would be a fair resolution to the situation. Thank you for your attention to this matter. On January 21, [redacted], I placed an order for 5 Mighty Zingers, 5 coleslaws, and 1 bucket of chicken (9 pieces) with Order Number [redacted]0, totaling Rs.[redacted]/-. Unfortunately, the received order did not meet expectations. The burgers were dry with inadequate sauce despite requesting juicy ones while ordering. The chicken was cold and soggy as the bucket was not properly covered, leading to it being cold. Additionally, the coleslaw lacked its usual creaminess and had ice crystals. After filing a complaint via SMS to KFC and receiving a late-night call from them, reassurance was given for a complete order replacement to be delivered on Sunday. Despite numerous follow-up calls, different agents claimed my complaint was not found in their records. It is disappointing that after all these efforts, I was only offered a partial replacement. I placed an online order for my family, and when I received the email notification that my food was ready for pick-up, I drove to the store. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was informed that the Beyond Nuggets I had ordered were sold out. They couldn't provide a refund on the spot due to it being an online purchase, advising me to contact corporate. I've attempted to reach out to them three times daily for the past four days, enduring 12-minute wait times on hold, only to be met with an answering machine where I've left a message without receiving a call back. The order amounted to $43, which is not an insignificant amount to me.

I recently ordered food from [redacted] N Meridian St, Indianapolis, Indiana, a place I frequent often. Unfortunately, I've encountered issues with my orders and service multiple times, including receiving two refunds in the past few months. When I ordered through the KFC app with Order number [redacted], I was informed that my food was handed to a Door Dash driver even though I ordered for delivery through KFC's website. Upon contacting KFC and Taco Bell, I was met with unhelpful responses and even had the call abruptly ended on me. This experience is not isolated as I've faced similar mistreatments before. I've had instances where my order was not fulfilled due to chicken shortage and was met with an unpleasant attitude when requesting a refund. The lack of accountability and poor customer service led to delays in receiving my money back and food for my children. This recurring issue has cost me over $50 and left my kids hungry. I visited the store in Kingswinford today for dinner. Unfortunately, the staff omitted the hash browns and cheese from our burgers, which we paid extra for. The total cost of my order was £31. Additionally, the chips were undercooked and the salad had brown spots. I have taken photos of the food. When I called the store, they requested me to return the food, but due to being 20 minutes away and the dinner rush, it was not feasible. The quality of the food was extremely poor, and we won't be returning. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue with the Kingswinford store. We had to quickly go to the chip shop to supplement the meal, but by the time we got the chips, the burgers were already cold. If feasible, I would appreciate a full refund. Thank you, C. Smith.

Subject: Disappointing Experience and Incorrect Order at KFC, Requesting Resolution Receipt #[redacted] Order: 13 three-piece Breast and Wing meals I attempted to contact KFC on 01/27/[redacted] to place an advance order but received no response between 2 pm and 5 pm. Despite trying again on 01/28/[redacted] from 10:30 am to 11:45 am, my calls remained unanswered. In need of the order for a meeting, we visited the store in person to place and pay for the order, which consumed 30 to 45 minutes. After completing the transaction, there was a delay in issuing the receipt due to a lack of paper in the register, requiring an additional 15 minutes. Despite our request for a ready time of 1:15 pm, the order was not available until after 1:45 pm. Furthermore, the order was incorrect, omitting 2 breasts and biscuits, providing instead 1 wing, 1 thigh, and 1 breast. Paying $[redacted].97 for this subpar experience was truly disappointing. Despite a text apologizing for the undelivered order due to rain and a promise of a refund in 14-21 days, the money never arrived. When I inquired on January 22, [redacted], I was informed that the refund was processed on January 19, [redacted], but with no further details. This lack of transparency was disappointing. I have had issues with my order three times in the past five days. The first time, I requested a substitution but received the wrong items. The second time, my order was incorrect and missing items. Today, my order was also wrong with missing items and substitutions that were not as I expected. I tried to call to address the issue but had trouble getting through. I am disappointed in the service and the mistakes made. I am considering not returning after I pick up my child from school.

Today at 12 pm, I visited KFC Orion Mall Gorakhpur with my mother to grab some fries while waiting for our vehicle. The cashier, Tanya Rai, was unwelcoming and rude during our interaction as we ordered additional items like crispy chicken. She displayed passive aggression through looks, especially towards my mother. As a doctor, I avoid unnecessary confrontation, but this experience was highly inconvenient. When I brought it to the manager's attention and they asked her to apologize, she refused and chose to complain instead. While we usually enjoy KFC as our go-to comfort food, this incident was truly embarrassing and disheartening. I hope this matter can be addressed appropriately.

I recently visited store #E320049 and ordered a large chicken livers meal. Unfortunately, the meal consisted of burnt chicken livers and only 12 pieces inside the box. This experience left me dissatisfied, especially with the poor management and lack of basic cooking skills. I did receive a refund for the order, but I believe more should be done to address the quality of the food. I feel like I should receive complimentary chicken livers for a month due to this consistent issue. Additionally, during my $55 order, the biscuits were missing, which was disappointing. The recurring problem at this KFC location is unacceptable, and I plan to contact the corporate office to address these concerns. The employees, many of whom seem inexperienced, need further training to ensure customer satisfaction and food quality. If improvements are not made, I will have no choice but to give KFC in Lincolnton a negative reputation and impact their business.

I recently visited the KFC in Abingdon, Maryland, and once again, the food quality was disappointing. Despite giving it another chance, I waited in line for 15 minutes before having to prompt the server to take my order. The employee seemed unaware of my presence until then. At the window, I noticed a screen displaying the queue of cars. When I inquired about the wait, the employee mentioned they had new staff, and her response came off as rude. I requested to speak to the manager regarding her attitude, to which she claimed to be the manager and denied any rudeness. Threatening to contact corporate, she dismissively told me to have a good day before closing the window abruptly. The whole experience was frustrating, and upon reaching home, the food was subpar. The service and quality need significant improvement.

I visited a KFC in Macclenny today, on 2/9/22. While in the drive-thru, I ordered a three-piece white combo with an extra mashed potato and gravy, along with a large gravy. I inquired about the four-piece special with three sides and a drink but was told they couldn't accommodate the change. When I mentioned I was just asking about availability, the employee was rude to me. I suggested canceling and reordering the other meal if I decided to get it, but the employee was still unpleasant. Upon calling to complain to the manager, I was surprised to find out she was the manager who treated me disrespectfully and even hung up on me. This behavior has made me feel like a loyal customer has been lost. I urge corporate to get in touch regarding this incident at the Macclenny, Florida location at 10:39 am on 2/9/22.

I work at KFC in Burton-on-Trent, and I am facing a challenging situation with a coworker. Recently, he used a green bucket and mop, typically reserved for the kitchen, to clean the toilets instead of the designated yellow set. When I questioned him about it, he became aggressive, demeaning my English skills and nationality. Throughout the day, he continued to verbally and physically intimidate me without cause. He even threatened physical violence and has now been promoted to a shift runner, which makes me feel unsafe at work. As a woman, I find his behavior inappropriate and distressing. I need urgent assistance to address this issue and alleviate the stress it is causing me in the workplace.

This morning, I visited your Fourways Crossing branch at 8:19 a.m. to place an order at the drive-thru. I paid for the order, and was asked to wait in the parking lot for it to be brought to me. However, after waiting until 8:45 a.m. with no update, I went into the store to inquire about my order. The lady mentioned they were still busy with it, but I noticed other customers receiving their orders promptly. This caused frustration as it was meant to be a family treat. After requesting a refund and providing my invoice, the manager did not address the situation. This experience has deterred me from returning to the store, even though I used to make daily purchases there. I placed an order at the Bullhead City KFC drive-thru. After waiting for over 45 minutes, I received the wrong order. When I informed the employee, they took back the incorrect order but returned with the same wrong items. I requested a full refund, but they took my card inside with the food and then returned, claiming they processed the refund, which never reflected in my account. I recently contacted KFC in Fenton, MO regarding an issue from my last visit. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone demonstrated poor customer service skills. She repeatedly interrupted me while I was speaking, talking over me in a childish manner. Despite my 30 years of experience in customer service, I have never encountered such behavior, especially in my own hometown. When I tried to address the situation calmly, she continued to speak over me and eventually hung up. I was left feeling disrespected and unheard. I called the store to address the issue of the lobby being closed due to a sign on the window. The manager assured me I could still make a purchase in-store. However, when I arrived, there was a 10-minute delay as other customers came in and out. I felt unwelcome and was eventually rudely informed that others at the drive-through had priority over me. Despite being told to come into the store, I was not promptly served. The service I received was disrespectful and unprofessional. It is against the ethical standards expected in American society. Eventually, when I was served, the attendant rudely snatched the money from my hand. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and I am seeking a full refund along with compensation for this unacceptable experience.

I purchased a large macaroni salad to go from KFC in Roces at 4:30-5:30 PM on February 23, [redacted], but was given coleslaw instead. I visited your store on Highland Avenue in San Bernardino, California, and it always seems to be out of items. I ordered the one-piece breast meal, but they were out of chicken and had to substitute it. The amount of gravy on my potatoes was minimal, and I didn't receive butter or honey for my biscuit, the cookie, silverware, or napkins. Despite its proximity to my home, I'm considering no longer frequenting this store due to constant order inaccuracies and low food supplies. Occasionally, they even close early due to food shortages. This location's operation is subpar compared to your other stores. I hope this feedback helps you address these issues - handing me just a box in a bag without any accompaniments was disappointing.
