I ordered through the KFC app for a scheduled delivery. On ***** I placed the order at *:** pm for a *:**pm delivery with Uber Eats. Order number *******. At *:**pm, the uber driver called to say they had no record of my order. I called the store, person on the phone says if I ordered at *pm, they tossed the order. I tried to say I had scheduled a delivery for later, he hung up on me mid sentence, and since they have caller ID, refused to answer*hung up immediately when I called back. I canceled the order, which was still up in the app, and re ordered the same meal, * pc fill up, all dark meat, for immediate delivery, order number *******. Order arrived, was completely wrong, regular mixed white*dark meat * pc fill up. I now have TWO pending charges for $**.** on my card, and I will not pay for either. I would like refunded for both asap please.
