I visited the KFC on Murfreesboro Road in Franklin, Tennessee. I went through the drive-thru, but no one thanked me for coming. When I got to the window, a young lady didn't acknowledge me and closed the window abruptly. I parked, went inside to place my order, and she still ignored me. I inquired why she was not attending to drive-thru customers, and she served others but skipped me and a few other drive-thru customers.

Yesterday, I bought a 16 piece dinner from KFC in Farmington, NY. The meal was supposed to include 4 sides, biscuits, and gravy. Unfortunately, I only received 3 sides, missing a mashed potato, and the portions of corn and coleslaw were inadequate. Additionally, I had ordered extra gravy, which almost got forgotten had I not checked beforehand. When I called to address these issues, the store manager was unhelpful, stating I would have to return to the store for any resolution which was impractical due to the distance and high gas prices. The manager's response was dismissive and unapologetic. I simply wanted a $20 credit applied to my card, but he insisted I come back to the store for a refund. Considering the situation, I believe I am owed a refund to my card or by check. The manager's attitude was unsatisfactory, and I anticipate appropriate action to rectify this incident. Consequently, I may avoid patronizing KFC in the future.

I visited the KFC in Shallotte, NC on Wednesday, December 15 with my granddaughter, who is almost 3 years old. After ordering, I noticed dirty high chairs and tables covered in food, grime, and dirt. When I asked the cashier for a wipe to clean our table, he complied but left the rest dirty. Despite the lack of customers, he didn't tend to the other tables. The windows were also unclean. Although the food was good, the cleanliness of the restaurant was disappointing. I hope this matter can be addressed, as it's unsettling for parents and grandparents to see such filth, especially on seats for children. Despite this experience, my granddaughter loves the healthier side options at KFC. Thank you for looking into this issue.

I placed 3 orders on KFC's website. My bank account was charged for all 3 orders. During my third pick-up, my bags were missing 4 chicken pot pies, 48 Nashville hot wings, and 6 chicken little sandwiches. I have evidence from my Google Pay receipts and bank statement. I returned to the KFC on 41st Avenue in Capitola, CA, but they couldn't confirm if I had received the missing items. This situation is frustrating, especially since I'm an essential worker during COVID-19, and these orders were for staff meals. I need the missing items replaced urgently. Kindly inform the location to prepare these items for me to pick up.

Last night, I visited Kentucky Fried Chicken in Birch Run, Michigan, and ordered the family fill-up meal. Unfortunately, I received the remaining eight pieces of not very good chicken, without any biscuits due to unavailability, and only one mashed potato. This happened around 6:37 pm, much earlier than the store's closing time. It's disappointing to experience this issue, especially since it's not the first time. I am requesting a full refund for my meal.

Good afternoon, I have been attempting to reach Customer Service multiple times, but with extended hold times, I often end up disconnecting or leaving voicemails. I visited the KFC in Toms River last week to redeem a coupon for a free chicken sandwich, but I have been unsuccessful in doing so within the valid timeframe of one week. During my visit, it appeared that the person at the drive-thru was new, as I had not seen him before. When I requested my receipt, he seemed flustered, and Veronica, who I believe was his Manager, stepped in to provide me the modified receipt. The receipt displays an error message on the website when trying to redeem the coupon. My Ticket #[redacted] was generated on 12-11-21 at 12:36 PM. I have not received a callback yet at [redacted], and I am eager to obtain my coupon for the Buy One Get One Chicken Sandwich offer. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My four church brothers and I, all Chicken Fried Steak lovers, were excited about the $4.99 Wednesday Special advertised at your location. After calling ahead to confirm the special at the Rogers Rd location in Patterson, CA, we arrived to order but were initially told they were out. After some discussion, they confirmed they did indeed have it. Disappointed, we ended up ordering different items. However, upon payment, we noticed we were being charged $5.99 instead of the advertised price. Despite showing the cashier the ad, they insisted on the higher price. After speaking with the manager, Andrea, we still didn't receive a resolution. I'm frustrated by the false advertising, the inconvenience, and the lack of apology for the confusion. I hope the store can be clearer about their offerings in the future to avoid disappointing customers like us in the future.

Yesterday, I visited a KFC drive-thru in Wheeling, WV. I ordered 2 fill-up boxes of chicken breasts and 2 small coleslaws. The cashier told me the total was $19.00, which seemed high to me. When I checked the drive-thru screen, it showed the chicken breasts priced at $5.69 each. I inquired about this discrepancy, and the clerk explained that the prices had increased the day before, but they hadn't updated the board yet. The displayed price should have been what I paid, but they couldn't adjust it. While it may not be a significant amount, as a social security recipient, accurate pricing is important to me.

I recently placed an online order with KFC, but when I arrived, the order was incorrect. The manager at the store informed me that they couldn't cancel the order and advised me to contact the customer service [redacted] number. After spending two hours on hold without reaching anyone, I asked the manager for help again, but he reiterated that they were unable to assist me. I am disappointed with the level of customer service provided by KFC. I don't feel I should be charged for the incorrect order, especially since the food was also cold. Once again, the store I usually go to messed up my order by leaving part of it out. Trying to reach them by phone was impossible as the line was continuously busy. The store is a 35 to 40-minute drive away, which makes it even more frustrating. The whole experience was inconvenient and aggravating, especially considering they didn't seem to be busy. I ended up spending double the amount for my order, which was just two pot pies and a burrito meal totaling around $20. After accounting for the cost of fuel and time wasted on a round trip, it felt like I paid $40 in total. Dealing with this level of service was truly disappointing.

Yesterday evening, on December 24, [redacted], I visited our local KFC in LaSalle, IL (ZIP code: [redacted]), which is the closest one after another nearby KFC/Taco Bell removed the KFC part without notice. My first concern is the lack of a working phone at the store, making it difficult to confirm information like hours of operation and coupon acceptance. During my visit, I ordered a 10-piece bucket of chicken for $13.99 with a coupon. Additionally, I requested 2 family-size coleslaws and 1 small fries for my grandson. I specified a mixture of original and extra crispy chicken and was informed the meal included a drink, so I chose Dr. Pepper. The total came to $32.25, but when I arrived home, I discovered I received 9 small, mainly dark original pieces instead of the mixed chicken I requested. The absence of a receipt further complicated matters. Despite the quick service at the not so busy drive-thru at 5 PM, the incorrect order and pricing left me dissatisfied with the experience, especially considering the non-functioning phone line at the store.

Recently, my family and I have been regular customers at the KFC/Taco Bell in Paoli. Unfortunately, the service quality has significantly declined in the past few weeks. They frequently run out of popular items like chicken tenders and soda, and their ice machine is often not working. This time, we were even told they were out of Pepsi, which is becoming a common occurrence. When we brought up the issue to the manager, she suggested we use the ice in our cups and spoke to us in a somewhat rude manner. With 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, I understand the challenges, but there is never an excuse for poor customer service.

I made an order through the KFC app for a scheduled delivery. I ordered on 12/27 at 4:58 pm for a 7:15 pm delivery with Uber Eats. My order number is [redacted]. The Uber driver called at 7:20 pm saying they had no record of my order. When I called the store, the person on the phone mentioned that if the order was placed at 5 pm, they discarded it. Despite explaining that I scheduled a later delivery, the person hung up on me and refused to engage when I called back. I ended up canceling the order, which was still in the app, and placed the same order again for an immediate delivery. The new order number is [redacted]. The order was delivered incorrectly as a regular mixed white/dark meat 8 pc fill up instead of all dark meat. I have two pending charges of $32.15 on my card, and I expect refunds for both charges promptly.

I am Katie McIvor, the local health inspector at the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Lexington, VA. I have received multiple cleanliness complaints from anonymous sources. Allegations suggest that the manager is overworked, often alone or with just one other employee, resulting in unsanitary conditions. Reports indicate food build-up on prep tables, trash being tossed under them, and garbage accumulating by the back-door. An employee even mentioned finding uncleaned restrooms with signs of blood. I conducted an initial inspection in June and a follow-up on July 7, [redacted]. I kindly request a representative from the store to contact me at the Lexington Health Department at [redacted] ext. The manager at the Woodlawn Rd location must be terminated promptly. Her attitude does not represent proper management or employee behavior. Despite me informing her that I couldn't hear, she repeatedly responded with "That’s fine." She then offered me free food, which was unnecessary. What I required was recognition of the lack of courtesy and professionalism. It was a terrible experience to be treated this way. Having worked at KFC before, I understand the challenges of dealing with rude individuals.

I visited the restaurant in Kokomo, IN on 12/28 and was disappointed to find that my side dish was missing, and the chicken was too tough to eat. When I returned on 12/30, they only replaced the chicken, claiming it was their new policy not to replace the whole meal. The attitude of the worker at the window was rude, and I found it very unprofessional. I expressed my dissatisfaction and informed them that I will not be returning. I'd rather choose Popeye's over doing business with them again.

I recently contacted KFC to file a complaint. Shortly after, the manager I spoke with called me using a private number and proceeded to harass me through text messages, which I found alarming. When I called the store again to report this behavior, a female manager denied having any male managers. She then responded inappropriately before inviting me to visit the store if I had further concerns. I am now hesitant to order from KFC due to this unsettling experience.

My name is Linda H. I made an online order on 1/4/[redacted] at KFC located at [redacted] J Clyde Morris Blvd, Newport News, VA [redacted] at 9:08 pm. DoorDash was scheduled to pick up and deliver by 9:43 pm. Sadly, I received a message from DoorDash saying they couldn't reach anyone at the drive-thru and the lights were off. As a result, I never received my order. I drove to the KFC in person, but it was closed even though their closing time was supposed to be 11:00 pm. I tried calling the store on 1/5/[redacted] to no avail. I was charged $47.42 on my credit card for the undelivered order. I have had trouble getting in touch with anyone, so I am considering disputing the transaction with my bank. I hope for a prompt response as this customer service experience has been extremely disappointing.

On January 11th, between 5pm and 5:30 pm, I purchased a meal at the drive-thru in Conway SC amounting to $32 and some change. Shortly after consuming the coleslaw from the order, my family and I fell ill. Three of us experienced stomach issues, while one person experienced severe symptoms. The next morning, I was still unwell. Upon contacting the restaurant, I was offered a replacement coleslaw, which was insufficient given the circumstances. I emphasized my desire for a refund, mentioning my husband is an attorney. The absence of a date on the coleslaw container raised concerns about its freshness and potential contribution to our illness. Despite understanding the challenges businesses face due to Covid-19, proper food handling practices are crucial. I believe a full refund would be more appropriate considering the situation.
