On November 22, [redacted], around 11:20 am, I visited KFC on East Woodlawn Road in Charlotte, N.C. Expecting a quick service during my lunch break, I used the drive-thru. After waiting 5-7 minutes at the intercom, receiving no response despite trying to get attention, I drove to the window. A KFC worker seemed frustrated, gesturing and declining to take my order, asking me to circle back with 4 cars in line. When I inquired for her name, she identified herself as Susan, refusing to let me speak to a manager. Disappointed, I left for Chick-fil-A, where I received better treatment. I believe KFC should improve its customer service training to prevent similar experiences, especially for customers needing extra assistance. Good customer service training can help avoid potential legal issues caused by neglecting customer needs.

I recently provided detailed information via the text number you provided, which has been a rather frustrating experience. Over the past 6 weeks, I have faced lies, disrespect, and even threats. My contact information was shared without permission by someone in your complaint department, leading to unwelcome calls from KFC. A representative named Beth promised me $50 to $[redacted] in gift certificates on the 15th of last month, claiming it would arrive in 5 to 10 days, and has since avoided my calls after hanging up on me. Despite my efforts to reach her, she has blocked my number. When visiting the restaurant, the staff was outside working on a car and smoking, showing a lack of professionalism. A manager acknowledged previous issues with incorrect food orders and unprofessional behavior from staff. My attempts to contact the complaint department have been fruitless, leaving me disappointed in the service provided by KFC. This negative experience has led me to dissuade 75 loyal customers from visiting KFC, as I am actively involved in various local organizations where I will continue to share my dissatisfaction with your company’s service.

I was the last customer in the drive-thru when they informed me they were closing in 5 minutes, even though it was still 15 minutes before closing time. I purchased a $25.99 fill-up meal that ended up costing me $34.01. Unfortunately, the sides were disappointing; they were cold and soggy as if they had been sitting out for hours. The mashed potatoes were clumpy and flavorless, the biscuits were hard, and the coleslaw was watery. Spending that much money on a subpar meal is unacceptable. I paid in cash and have the receipt. I am requesting a refund for this experience.

I placed an order for pickup and went to the store. Despite seeing people inside, the lobby was locked. The app instructed me to use the drive-through, where I found two customers ahead of me. Unfortunately, the staff informed them that they were out of chicken sandwiches and nuggets. Strangely, the employee then told the next customer they were closed, even though it was well before their closing time of 10:00 PM (I had arrived at 9:13 PM as per the app). When I explained my situation, I was bluntly told they were closed. I mentioned that I had already paid online, and the response was that they would cancel my order and issue a refund. However, I have yet to receive the refund despite multiple attempts through live chat (only encountering a bot) and a lengthy phone call on hold. I am eager to get my money back.

I attempted to place an order online using my iPhone tonight. Despite selecting the Gettysburg/Steinwehr location, the order was directed to Hanover, PA twice. I then tried a new order from scratch with the correct location, but again, it went to Hanover instead. I reordered at the correct location but had to pay again. I tried to cancel the mistaken Hanover order but was informed to contact Customer Service. After a long hold, I had to hang up to attend an event. I asked the Hanover location to sell the order, unable to retrieve it. The Hanover order number is [redacted]. Kindly remove the charge from my credit card for that specific order.

Es sumamente preocupante que a través de Domicilios iFood, la sucursal de KFC en Unicentro, al realizar un pedido en línea de 1 producto o promoción, deliberadamente lo convierta en 2 sin opción de elegir solo 1. No entendía por qué recibí 2 productos y me cobraron por 2, al realizar el pago anticipado con tarjeta de crédito. Se volvió una práctica habitual hasta que me di cuenta, pero no me permite reducirlo a 1 pedido, aunque esté dentro del límite máximo. ¿No es esto ilegal? Debería considerarse una denuncia ante la superintendencia encargada de su vigilancia.

I ordered a 16-piece meal, but my biscuits were missing, and the chicken was greasy. When I contacted the manager, they insisted on a receipt, which I didn't receive initially. As I was dining with my family, returning the food was not feasible. Unfortunately, we couldn't finish the greasy chicken without the biscuits. The manager claimed they couldn't offer any resolution. I would appreciate it if my meal could be replaced.

I visited the drive-thru at my local KFC to order a 12-piece meal, half original recipe and half extra crispy. However, I only received 9 pieces of chicken, all of which were extra crispy. When I informed the manager/supervisor about the missing skin on some of the pieces, I was told that even a remake would turn out the same. To add to the disappointment, they were out of biscuits and hot sauce for my order. This experience took place at [redacted] Fort Campbell Boulevard in Clarksville, Tennessee, and my ticket number is [redacted]. This was by far the worst meal I have received from them, as this is not the first time my orders have been incorrect.

On June 20, [redacted], my fiancé and I visited KFC on Greenbelt Road for Father's Day dinner. We ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches to go since the dining area was closed due to Covid. Unfortunately, my fiancé broke his tooth on the hard crust of the sandwich. The next morning, I informed the manager of the incident, but she seemed unsure how to file a report with KFC Corporate. After contacting customer service, they promised to send an Incident Report for my fiancé, Ronald Reed, to complete. However, when I updated the store manager, she showed no interest and seemed dismissive. Despite my attempts, KFC has not responded to our concerns, prompting us to consider legal action. As a cancer patient undergoing chemotherapy and with my fiancé being a senior citizen, we believe KFC should not have ignored us. We would appreciate it if someone from KFC could reach out to us. My dad and I have been going to the KFC on Mineral Point Rd in Madison, WI for the past six weeks. Almost every time we order, they get one of our two orders wrong. Just yesterday at 11:18 am, we ordered a 4 piece meal with all thighs - 2 original and 2 extra crispy. However, they either give us all extra crispy with white and dark meat or a mix like 2 thighs and 2 crumb sticks in extra crispy. When we ask for a correction, they take back the chicken, throw it away, and give us the correct order without any compensation - no refund or even an extra piece of chicken. This has been happening for the last six visits. Additionally, they never provide us with receipts. I've been trying to call customer service for the past two weeks to report our complaints, but no one has answered my calls. We're really disappointed with the service at this KFC location. I hope to see improvements soon, as I love visiting KFC and want to continue doing so. Thank you for listening to my concerns.

I have noticed that the lobby at the Smithville, Tennessee location is consistently closed. While other restaurants in the area have their lobbies open, this specific restaurant seems to keep it closed to avoid cleaning responsibilities. Unfortunately, this has been the situation for most of the year, and it's frustrating to see. The long line at the drive-thru is a hassle, and today I had to go to a different restaurant due to the closed lobby. It might be helpful to bring attention to this ongoing issue at this location.

I visited the Kentucky Fried Chicken on Bristol Rd in Flint, Michigan. They told me there would be a 13-minute wait, but it ended up being 45 minutes. When I called to inquire about the delay, they didn't pick up. Upon returning to the drive-thru, the employees started laughing. I found their unprofessional behavior disappointing. After working a long 12-hour shift, coming to get food only to be met with laughter and no apology was frustrating. The situation was not amusing to me at all, and I left feeling quite upset.

On December 3, [redacted], I made a purchase totaling $28 at the Monroe MI location on [redacted] Telegraph Rd. I ordered a Breast box but received a Pot Pie box instead. I contacted them immediately upon noticing the mistake and was told my name would be noted for a replacement on my next visit. However, on December 7, [redacted], when I returned for the replacement, I was informed that I was not in the system and was unable to receive the replacement order. The alleged manager I spoke to was rude, which unfortunately seems common at this location. When I requested contact information for a district manager, I was denied and even told to search for it myself online. This unprofessional behavior has led me to decide not to visit this location again. I usually visit weekly with my children but will now be taking my business to the nearby Popeyes instead. I have encountered multiple order issues at this Monroe location, and this recent experience has been the last straw for me.

I recently visited the Evans Mills, NY drive-thru on Sunday, Dec 5. I ordered an 8-piece tender meal with 2 sides and rounded my total up to support the cause, bringing my order to $27. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a receipt or the chicken tenders I paid for as I didn't check the bag before leaving. I live in a snowy area and wanted to get home before dark, so I only discovered the mistake later. I have been calling the location multiple times without any response and the [redacted] number provided leads me nowhere. I simply want a refund for my purchase while supporting your cause by letting you keep the change.

Good morning. I am a neighbor and customer of the Moto Point. With concern, I have seen on several occasions how the employees here leave waste in the container that is exclusive for recycling. This causes the recyclers to tear open the bags and leave them on the street. If your employees were to use the appropriate waste container, this issue would not arise. Hoping that you will notify your employees of the misuse they are giving to the garbage containers, we, as neighbors and passersby in the area, hope not to see your waste with your logos scattered everywhere. The employees at the Saginaw Street location in Mount Morris are incredibly rude. Today, my sister was giving her order and was told to stop screaming, not realizing she is deaf. People who are deaf often speak louder, so the comment was insensitive. Every time I visit this location, they act like they're doing me a favor when I am merely a paying customer. No one should be treated in such a disrespectful manner.

On December 10, [redacted], I ordered a 10-piece bucket from location L775075 at 3:04 PM. The order included 2 mashed potatoes, 1 large gravy, 1 coleslaw, biscuits, and a drink. Unfortunately, the amount of gravy provided was insufficient as I had to use most of it and three-quarters of one mashed potato just to enjoy the meal. The manager's behavior at the window was very rude and disrespectful. When I politely asked for more gravy, she replied condescendingly and with a smile, insisting that the meal only comes with one serving. I inquired about purchasing an extra gravy, but she questioned why I had not requested it at the previous window. The interaction was unpleasant, with both the manager and another employee making mocking facial expressions and laughing. My car was damaged by one of your advertising signs! I initiated a claim in November and was promised a callback, which never happened. Despite calling three more times, I have not received any assistance. The damage amounts to nearly $[redacted] due to your sign hitting my car. I am considering seeking legal advice, and the costs may escalate. Please contact me within 24 hours, or I will take legal action. I had an unpleasant interaction with an employee. When I asked him to repeat what was included in a 3-piece meal with a big side dish, he responded rudely. After I mentioned his tone, he even told me "bite me." This isn't the first time I've had issues with this employee. Previously, my spouse and I were dining in a nearly empty restaurant, and he started sweeping near our table. When we politely requested that he not sweep right by us while we were eating, he grumbled and left.

I am seeking assistance regarding my experience trying to get a refund from KFC. I had ordered a 12-piece meal from the Hillview, KY KFC location through the KFC app. Despite the app showing the order was ready at 7:07, we arrived at 7:11 to find the employees leaving for the night, claiming they were closed. When we asked for a refund, they directed us to seek it through the app, but we couldn't locate the refund option.
